Adopts/ Customs
Since adopts and customs are made by admins, they do not have to have their designs approved, but please submit their info such as names to the #masterlist-updates!
Adopt
- Buy an adopt from the Xiithae Galaxy discord server or Instagram!
Customs
- Official customs can be bought from admins or GAs
- Unofficial customs can be made by anyone without a strike or not on the blacklist, but items must be used and the design must be submitted for approval (as in you need the submit with the same items as you would with any other design)
MYO
- Means to Make Your Own design!
- Jiikaare, Djiknors, and Ae'kier are semi-open. This means that they do not necessarily require an MYO card to make one.
- Access to unlimited common and 3 uncommon traits, after 3 uncommon traits unlimited uncommon traits can be used by applying trait cards
- Common colours only (exception: accent colours above 80% do not have to be a common colour)
- Variant mixes with maximum 2 variant types
- Tier 1 laeksai, tyetro, and faeya abilities
- Origin system only (ex. Jiikaare on Jiiqua)
- MYO
- MYOs are either Rare, Epic or Legendary. Please see shop description to see what traits they allow.
- Add unlimited rare, epic, legendary, and mutation traits using trait items
- Access to rare colours
- Variant mixes with maximum 3 variant types
- Any ability type and tier (if you have the items)
- Any known and feasible location
- Accessories, disabilities, and items earned during events or prompts can be applied to characters whether they were made with an MYO or not.
- Refer to trait sheet and design guidelines pages
- Must be submitted for approval.
The Vault
- Semi adopt semi MYO- basic designs without traits. Members can claim them and make a full ref with traits.
- Requires a Vault Pass to buy a character- buy a Vault Pass in the discord server's shop channel! Standard and Rare Passes can be bought at any time, but Mutation Passes only pop up occasionally.
- Standard Vault Pass: unlimited common and 3 uncommon traits, one tier 1 laeksai, tyetro, or faeya ability.
- Rare Vault Pass: unlimited common, uncommon, 2 rare traits, one tier 2 laeksai, tyetro, or faeya ability.
- Mutation Vault Pass: claim a vault design with a pre-assigned mutation or add any one mutation to a normal design. Unlimited common, uncommon, 3 rare traits, 1 mutation trait, one tier 2 laeksai, tyetro, or faeya abilty.
- Claim a design in the discord's shop channel using the following form:

- *The Vault number is the series of letters and numbers in the name, following to form E-Ba-0
- Once your claim is approved, you will get a TH with the unwatermarked design or Fossilfigalpha will dm you with the unwatermarked image if you do not have a TH.
- The redesigned Vault design must submitted to design approval. The MYO type is the pass type and Vault code used.
- Members can only claim 2 Vault designs per month.
- Additional traits can be added using trait items.
Character Redesign
- If making small changes such as redrawing the ref in a different style, pattern simplification/ small pattern changes, etc. this can be done for free
- Outfit changes/ additions can be done for free and do not need any items
- Using trait tokens on a preexisting character can be used to add traits higher in rarity without the need for any Redesign items
- A Redesign Item is needed for more than one trait change and major design changes
- All redesigns should be submitted to #design-approval in theXiithae Galaxy discord
Submitting the Design
Designs made by official staff (such as adopts and customs) do not have to be approved in the channel unless changed in some way, such as a redesign or trait swapping. Other designs have to be submitted to the discord in the #design-approval channel and approved by an admin.
