☉Lumiera☉
Lumiera is a far away planet that exists in another dimension. The planet is about 5,200 years old, but their technology is far more modern than earth’s. Though it is not the stereotypical technology often seen in basic TV shows and books. They have not mastered time travel, discovered all the secrets Alchemy or invented flying cities. (They have invented flying cars though.) Their technology far surpasses us in the medical field, there are very few diseases or cancers without cures, and they have incredible immune systems. They also have far superior weapons, methods of space travel and exploration and agriculture.

The people of Lumiera also are not the stereotypical green or grey skinned, black eyed aliens, but have a regular humanoid body shape just like the humans of earth. They are light dependent creatures and get most of their energy from the sun, which is almost 4 times as bright as our own. They do have some differences from earth humans though. The eyes of most (but not all) lumierans do not have an iris or a pupil, but just the sclera which glows very brightly a particular color. (similar to a humans eye color) Some lumierans are fortunate enough to have an iris and a pupil and this gives them somewhat of a 7th sense, it is very rare however. Lumierans also have a very special vein pattern that wraps around their body. These patterns shows the lumierans special blood type, which can be anything from a type of human beverage, acid, paint, sea water, essences or any type of liquid. Some lumierans have very tiny items like crystals floating around in their blood. These designs are also glowing and are very easy to see, yet they are in no way raised from the skin and feel the same as their skin. They are also different because every Lumieran has a horn, or a halo, that helps to collect more energy from the sun and store it. Not all Lumierans have a horn or halo, but not having one can be bad for their health.

On Lumiera their are 6 continents, each governed by leaders of the people’s choice. There is a higher council in charge of world affairs and relationships, these members are also leaders chosen by the people, the 6 strongest, and most knowledgeable people in Lumiera to be exact. There is a world war going on in Lumiera, started by a group called The Kakoi Scientist of Lumiera, or simply known as “The Kakoi.” They capture people to do experiments and often end up killing them. One of these times they killed a very important council member in the central continent, causing a new group of almost equally dastardly Lumierans to rise up and try to fight the Kakoi. Like most wars, random politics were added to the tension fire and a whole war lit up like a forest fire of miscommunication and bad rash choices. Even in war times Lumierans are considerate and most of the real fighting takes places away from civilization, but sometimes, towns are destroyed. The war is very unpredictable, but slow dying down. Many people are forgetting why the war started in the first place and questioning its value.

The world of Lumiera it self is much like Earth, or at least how earth used to be. Lumierans value each and everything that grows their and they do their best to build with nature, rather than destroying it, unless of course it is blocking out their sun. As a result, Lumiera is very woodsy and home to many animals as well. They have some paved roads for foot traffic and bicycle like vehicles, but the majority of their travel is done via air travel. The standard Lumieran building or house is made of one way glass, with decorations and moving parts to help flying animals steer clear. Lumierans have many of the same standards of living and past times as humans as well. They eat fruits and vegetables that grow, farm animals, keep pets, and all sorts of things.

Lumierans are essentially all test tube babies. They have to be specially created and start as very small crystal like forms and taken care of in incubators until they are big and healthy enough to come out and are then considered “infants.” This process usually takes about 6 earth/Lumieran months to complete. The day a Lumieran is officially taken from it’s incubator is considered a very big deal and celebrated by friends and family.
