Hello,

For those who don’t know, the Astrial species was  originally created by a user formally known as Tobi, who is now going by  Kei. After some serious incidents came to light, Tobi/ Kei abandoned  the server and left it in our hands (Demontea and Delyth ). After over two months of waiting for them to return, we decided to rebrand and completely recreate the species to make it our own, and make sure that you all could keep the designs you were proud of. 

Unfortunately, it’s recently come to light that Tobi/Kei  has created a new server and ‘reclaimed’ Astrials. We have evidence that  they forfeited ownership to us, and we have worked very hard  redesigning all the species here to make sure that the  Astrials/Cloudies/Nirraks are truly our own.

All of Tobi’s/Kei’s art and OCs have been removed from the  server long ago, however we wanted to make sure you guys were aware that  this existed and to be careful if you see anything from anyone calling  themselves Astrials that isn’t us. 

For anyone who is curious and wants to see proof of our ownership, please dm me or one of the other mods and I am happy to send  you the screenshots. If you would also like to see the public beware  currently out on Tobi/ Kei, please let me know also. But please be  warned this document does contain very upsetting content that may be  triggering to some people. So please take care of yourselves also.
We  will be confronting this issue in the coming days, once we’ve contacted  some of our partners and gotten as much evidence as possible. 

In lighter news! The spring event! I know the server has  been very dead as of late but we’re hoping to revive it with new events,  a new species and new adopts coming in the near future. Please stick  with us!
