By owning a SporeWing you agree to the following conditions
||GENERAL
1. Sporewings are a closed species and you cannot make one without a valid MYO Ticket
2. Do not use Sporewings to create hateful content
3. Voided SporeWings can be turned into any other species (excluding fanmade and/or closed species)
||OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
1. By owning a Sporewing you have the right to customize their personality, name, relationships, and other traits relating to their character
2. By owning a Sporewing you do NOT have the right to claim the Sporewings fantribe as your own, create hateful art/messages using your Sporewing, or claim any other Sporewing as yours.
3. You may commission any SFW art of your Sporewing (this includes physical items such as plushies, keychains, etc.)
4. NSFW art of a SporeWing will result in an immediate blacklist and void of the SporeWing
||TRADING/SELLING
1. Sporewings cannot be traded/sold within 14 days of obtainment
2. MYOS may not be traded or sold, only gifted or used.
3. You may not sell a Sporewing for more than you bought them for (this includes the original price you paid, plus art you’ve commissioned)
||REDESIGNING
1. Spore2ings cannot be redesigned within 7 days after obtaining them, this includes showing redesign concepts on any social media.
2. Sporewing redesigns must retain the rough palette and patterns of the original design, we retain the right to reject your redesign and suggest changes to be made to get it approved.
3. Traits may not be changed without the appropriate item (WIP)
4. You can redesign your Sporewing or you can commission someone else to do so
5. Changing accessories isn’t considered a redesign and can be done freely
6. You don't have to ask the original designer for permission to redesign their design, but you should check their personal TOS to see if they allow it.
