GENERAL/DISCORD RULES
- While the species is open for all ages, our server is 16+ only, so please do not join our server unless you are 16 or older!
- Be respectful towards one another as well as to mods. Do not have mods blocked.
- No targeted harassment towards specific groups of people or individuals, period. If you are caught spreading the doxx of someone or anything similar, you will be promptly banned.
- No targeted harassment towards groups or individuals. This includes doxxing.
- Try to keep all channels on topic please!
- You may draw NSFW of your vix, but you CANNOT post it in our server.
- Intros are required to gain access to the server.
- Backtalk, attitude, questioning rules/restrictions, general unpleasant behavior, and/or minimodding will receive a strike.
- Your behavior outside this species will be taken into account when you are a part of our community.
- Disrespectful or offensive usernames/nicknames will be met with a warning
- We have a zero tolerance policy for anyone who posts/enjoys necro/zoo/loli/etc., and a zero tolerance policy for people who harasss or endanger minors.
- This species, as well as it's sister species, is based very heavily on death/parasitism. There may be some jokes made around the topic, and if this makes you uncomfortable and/or is triggering you may request someone to spoiler it if you're actively in the chat. However, serious conversation around death is not welcome, and conversation/jokes of animals being hurt is also not welcome. We ask that people spoiler/warn for serious conversations like this as well as any other common triggers (use warnings like "tw: death" or "tw: animal harm"). Please understand that there is a difference between making jokes and talking about something genuinely serious.
SPECIES RULES
- There is a one week cool-down time after obtaining a design for trading/reselling/rehoming vixequinnem.
- PLEASE make sure you are updating the masterlist. There are rules on the masterlist which should also be followed. Not updating the masterlist will result in a warning.
- An owner-made vixequinn is ONLY voided if the one who obtained it is banned or one who obtained wishes to leave the species, and the design will ALWAYS remain on the masterlist, regardless of if it has been voided or not.
MASTERLIST RULES
NOTE: Our masterlist is hosted primarily on discord. If there are any changes you would like to make but cannot join the discord for whatever reason, please direct yourself to our masterlist account VixequinnMasterlist or DM an admin at Vixequinn
- If at any point you rehome your vixequinn, be sure to send a submission in #masterlist-changes to update the masterlist, and make sure the vixequinn's new owner is aware.
- It is YOUR responsibility as the person who obtained the vixequinn first to update the masterlist. It is NOT the person who you are rehoming the vixequinn to to update the masterlist. If you leave the masterlist updating to the person who you rehome the vixequinn to, you will receive a strike. YOUR VIX NEEDS A MASTERLIST NUMBER BEFORE YOU CAN TRADE/REHOME YOUR VIX. Trading/rehoming without a ML number will be met with a warning.
- You CAN void owner-made vixequinnem, but this is a long process and may take from weeks to months at times depending on how busy the species owners are. However, the design MUST remain on the masterlist, and will keep all of it's traits in a separate tab, and will be marked as VOIDED.
- Vixequinnem made prior to July 2022 are no longer considered official vixequinnem unless they are uploaded here to the masterlist. If you own a vixequinn prior to July 2022 and would like them uploaded and added to the masterlist to make them official, please contact a mod and the owner of the species will evaluate the character. Once your character is confirmed as official they will be added to the masterlist.
- If your uploaded vixequinn was made prior to July 2022 and no longer fits with the current species traits/design rules, you may redesign it to fall more in line with the current species guidelines. To do this, you submit a form in redesign-approval, where species admins will be able to let you know of any adjustments.
- Any redesigns MUST be logged on the masterlist. You may redesign your vixequinn as much as you like, but they must be recognizable. You must be able to put them next to the original design and be able to tell they are the same character.
- Any traits being changed, added, or removed must also be logged on the masterlist.
