In the midst of Edelgarden , a powerful sorceress Mirela was meddling with the forbidden magic of necromancy. She wanted to find a way to reconnect souls with a vessel. Not as a bad thing as most would presume , but to give them a second life and to heal their souls so they may leave to the spirit lands. After years of trial and error and the help from the celestians she was finally able to do it . Some believe it was manageable from the crystal power Edelgarden holds while others believe she was blessed by the goddess herself.

Soul dolls are a magical species found all over the world of Lunaria . They are spirits of creatures that have passed and have been granted to reawaken by the goddess. Each spirit is given their own doll to take on the traits of what they once lived when they enter the vessel through a keyhole. They have been given the role to help earthlanders with different tasks and help guide lost spirits to the celestial realm.
