- All visitors of Lilolion must check in to the city and check out when they leave. Those found sneaking around will be arrested and questioned.
- Nothing is allowed to be taken from Lilolion. Anyone found breaking this rule shall be fined heavily and not be allowed into the city for an extended amount of time.
- Protection of the people and the environment are of the upmost importance. Anyone found harming either will be taken into custody, will be given classes to educate them, and then will be asked to undergo a large amount of community service before they may be released.
- If visiting the upper city, one must wear some form of clothing that covers their rump. If found violating this rule, one will be given a garment and fined heavily. This rule goes for everyone, unless proper protocol and paperwork has been filed.
