Making and owning a Velaveil is prohibited unless you have either purchased a Make Your Own (MYO) slot from the founder (Megu), acquired a MYO slot through a group event, purchased an adopt from authorized sellers, traded, or gifted an adopt/slot.

- Adoptable sales of both CSs are prohibited unless it’s by the founder or authorized Guest Artist (if you’d like to be a Guest Artist, please fill out a form located in the Species World on TH or in the DA group).
- Production (creating/selling/posting) unofficial Velaveil and ECHOs are prohibited.
- Do not create multiple accounts to participate in events. There will be opportunities for free MYO events. Please stay honest.
- You do not have to follow the lore and may base Velaveil/ECHOs off your own story. However, please credit Megu for the design/species concept.

- Do not create multiple accounts to participate in events. There will be opportunities for free MYO events. Please stay honest.
- Selling an adopt/MYO for more than what it was purchased for is prohibited. This does not include additional art/commissions.
- Selling a FREE adopt/MYO slot is prohibited. However, they can be gifted/traded. This does not include additional art/commissions.
- Selling a PURCHASED adopt/MYO slot is allowed, however, for no more than what it was purchased for. You may sell/gift/trade.
- Selling a COMPLETED MYO slot (the OC has a final, approved design) -whether it was free or purchased- is allowed. You may sell/gift/trade. Please do not use this as an opportunity to be a ‘non-authorized’ Guest Artist. If you’d like to be one, please just contact me.
- For adopts, you may make minor adjustments to the design, but please make sure it’s within the rarity guideline (if it’s a common model/trait, please make sure the changes remain in the common model/trait guideline).
- Redesigns must be approved before becoming official. Please note Megu with the edits.
- Velaveil and ECHOs Closed Species are prohibited from commercial use. Please do not violate this term.
- Please contact Megu when trading/gifting/selling Velaveils and ECHOs so the master list can be up to date.
Velaveil/E.C.H.O.s are Closed Species made byMeguru-Sama (Megu). As the founder, I have the right to override any of the rules stated in this section. The first time breaking the rules will be subject to a warning. A second offense will leave you on the Blacklist- you may keep your design but it will be taken off the master list. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at any time and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
