It's quick update towards fate of HClO-P's UTAUs and voicebanks voiced by Sightseed according to their will.

By HClO-P's request his UTAUs were removed from public access, and will be distributed only according to his will.
By Sightseed's last will we also have to remove from public access some UTAUs voiced by them.
