As the time passed in Dong Dank. The city became more restless. The dwarves in the end had no intentions of listening to Eva and her pleas for peace. More fighting ensued. Balto continued to torture and collect. In the end these two factors came to a tipping point. And a war began. A war between anyone who would fight. Against the dragons and a demon. Because of this fight, it didn’t take long for the magical barrier keeping the peasants into fall. Many peasants scattered almost immediately. Some having wanted to leave since the very beginning. Most of the dwarves stayed to fight. But most ended up fighting each other as a result of their souls not being theirs anymore. In the end it was more of a slaughter for them, and in a short span of time, the city was burnt, destroyed. The dwarves had lost. Any who had survived fled whilst they could. Any who stayed perished in the flames.

And that is when you heard of a city. Perhaps you heard of it already in passing. But now you had the chance to go to it. A more peaceful city of mixed races. Where every species usually would live in peace. As long as you followed the laws of course. So you set out to the city. Sailing on a boat to reach it. You were welcomed in soon after. You are given a small tour around, and asked what money you had. Luckily because of the inflation in Dong Dank. You had quite a bit, so had plenty to buy a piece of your own land and construct your home. Or get some of the city folk to build it for you. You are given some advice, such as places to buy food, good places to go, and places you can find work. And with that you set out to build your houses.

It is said the skies are usually clear here, with little pollution in the air, the stars at night can be seen clearly in the sky, constellations and the milky way are visible in the sky, with very little rain also in the city, when it does rain it is in the rainy season, and only for a couple of days.

Native Fruit:

Puffleberry: Large Green/Blue fruits that ripen during the summer. The juices are sweet and purple in colour. Golden Puffleberry: Golden in colour. These variants are far rarer and can cause hallucinations.

Authority:

King/Queen: The top authority in this city are a king and queen. They are known to give to the city, and make sure it’s kept in a good state. You would notice when walking around litter and filth is not seen often around here. They take pride in the large city. However the two have a secret they don’t share with anyone. With their souls sold to Balto years ago. One could question who is really in charge.

Police: The general authority in the city are the police. Though with how cared for the citizens are kept. The crime level is far lower than Dong Dank’s, but still exists. This is usually in the form of Puffleberry dealings and dark magic practise.

Laws:

Golden Puffleberry: Whilst these are legal. They are highly restricted to be sold from one vendor, at one a week. And you must show your permit for it each time. Anything more is considered an offense.

No Vigilantes: The authority in the city states there are no vigilantes allowed in the city. And if caught. Will be prosecuted. No Black Magic/ Dark practise: Whilst magic is legal. The practise of more darker magics such as necromancy and demonic activities are completely blacklisted. They are illegal and anyone caught doing it will be prosecuted and punished accordingly.

Theft: The law states if anyone is caught stealing, depending on how severe the item is they have taken. They will be punished accordingly. Such things as stealing a few gold will result in a far easier punishment than stealing a museum relic.

Murder: Anyone seen murdering another, or attempting to murder another will be caught and punished. This is a no tolerance rule, the city prides itself on keeping itself generally safe.
