Education
Quasars remain in school until they are 13 years of age, they go in at the age of 3 and throughout their time there, they learn all the basics to survival, how to live in the tribe, jobs and other basic skills like cooking, cleaning, flying, etc.
There are extra circular activities they can undergo, such as fight training, hunting, trading, more cooking, crafting, blacksmithing, etc. which will help them pass there final exam at 13 years which will decide their career, if they get a career they don’t want they can ask directly to the Queen for that career and she will decide, or the Council will, otherwise the Quasar goes into that role and remains there for their life or until they retire, or change careers through an application
