World basically the same as ours but like, all supernatural creatures n stuff legit exist, and theres magic n stuff.
Some major supernatural events are going down in NYC.

Key character groups:

Not Dead Yet! / NDY!: an indie band made up entirely of undead with glamours to make them appear human (courtesy of their manager, Mamoru, who is a witch.) The group consists of: Z, the lead vocalist, a ghost whos got no idea who he was in life;  Ace, the guitarist, a frankenstein-esque zombie; Adelita, the drummer, a vampire and victim of the same group Hunter is uh...hunting; and Iris, the bassist, a 200ish yr old dullahan.

AJ's paranormal investigation team: AJ (a werewolf), Terri (a mage), and other magic teens they pick up along the way who investigate the various paranormal goings on in their area. NDY!'s manager, Mamoru, also just so happens to be the main duo's student teacher for the semester and often has to keep them out of trouble.

Hunter + crew: Hunter, a vampire + monster hunter (who happens to be a werewolf) has come to NYC to investigate what's causing the recent paranormal disturbances. Ends up getting caught up in some scheme run by a organization made up of the old vampire families, after they make a victim of his roommate, Olivier. There's also Khalid, Olivier's friend who eventually ends up getting involved romantically with Hunter, and Ezra, Khalid's friend. And of course, Mamoru again, since they're Khalid's roommate, they sometimes end up helping the group out.

Mamoru's coven: Mamoru's coven do their best to protect people from the supernatural beings that would want to harm them, and vice versa.

The Old Order: An organization made up of powerful sorcerers as well as some of the world's oldest and most powerful vampire families.
