Dark Ink

A weirdcore/dreamcore universe inspired by the Backrooms.

Once upon a time, an angel fell into an empty world. At first, she pleaded for God, to give her mercy and hear her reasoning. Yet, none one came. Time had passed and passed some more, the angel’s hope dwindled and twisted. God had abandoned this place and with it—her. ‘If there is no God here,’ she thought…

‘Then I will become God in his place.’

Dark Ink is a world with no name, in which those that enter find themselves in various rooms, depending on the individual. The nature of the world is strange, as prolonged exposure and residence to its nature has the ability to warp its victims beyond recognition. 

Entry to this world is unknown. Exit from this world is also unknown.

This is a story of this world, and the victims that unwillingly became its residents.

There are currently two storylines.

EXPLORE: would be considered the “main storyline”. It follows the story of Arvia, who finds herself in a new place…far away from home…
WANDER: follows a rogue Noxiie (closed species by @ShadowsOfDay) with no name and the Wandering Photographer in a more “slice-of-life-ish” storyline.
