Syphilious is the world in which Syphilions, known by humans as, "Bejeweled Angels" reside. They are known for their amazing jewels that they create and bestow upon earth when their wings become too heavy to lug them all around.

Syphilion kind are usually born as twins, or if a single child, will have to find their match. A jewel of the opposite or complimenting color. Choosing a partner who's jewels are the opposite will make them a more, well-rounded team, while ones of the same will be more powerful in a specific area. While Jeweled Angels whom do not fit in either of these two categories can simply not pair together.

Syphilions cannot change the Jewel they are born with. As the jewel will simply keep forming back no matter how many times it is taken away. They regenerate more slowly or faster, depending on the pairing of the partners. Taking from a few days, to a few weeks.

Partners with the same jewel type will be able to regenerate more quickly, but of course, their specialties are limited. While partners of opposite jewel colors will regenerate more slowly, but also their specialties will be more well rounded.

If a Syphilion were to have all it's jewels shatter at once, it would die, otherwise, they are immortal. Of course, they can still feel pain, and can even live through the pain of death, over and over as long as their jewels are not all shattered.

If a Syphilion were to kill their partner, they would be able to control their own power, as well as their partner's, but the price is death to pay for this sin, so it is not recommended.

If a Syphilion's partner were to die, because of natural causes, suicide, or murder, their partner whom is left behind will not gain the power unless it was by their own hand, they will not die however, if losing a partner for reasons that do not involve them, and will be able to find a new partner; but until they find that new partner, they will be left powerless and vulnerable.

A Syphilion's wings are constantly regenerating jewels. The more jewels, the more powerful the angel is, however, the weight can often get to be too much for the Syphilion to carry so they will take their jewels to the human world and scatter them in their favorite spots to bring the humans happiness and/or money.

Syphilions do not age physically after they reach 80 years of age; often looking 20 or younger if compared to humans. Some Syphilions come in many shapes in sizes, much like humans, although their aging is very different and sometimes even very odd, on some occasions, their growth spurt can even make them shorter!

Syphilions eat jewels. Yes. This may sound strange, but they feed off their own jewels! Even having unique favorites as the jewels have different tastes complying to their strange taste buds.

Syphilions communicate much differently than humans do to eachother. Seeming to have their own foreign language. Humans describe it as a sound much like a wind-chime and sometimes chirping or clicking. Though Syphilions can of course understand eachother just fine! And can also learn to communicate to humans. Much like how humans learn foreign languages, Syphilions can as well!

Common Jewels

Pearls are able to control liquids.

Sapphires can control the sky; the wind, the clouds ect.

Rubies control fire.

Emeralds control the earth, whether it be plants, rocks, ect.

Uncommon Jewels

Amethyst specialize in manipulation of the mind. Not mind control, but they are the most talented in manipulating people and charming. They're always very convincing and usually tend to win over their enemies even.

Topaz specialize in chemicals.

Opals specialize in camouflage.

Chrysoberyl specialize in fighting techniques and warfare. Very sharp minded most times but not the fastest fighter. Tending to be tanks, spear wielders or large swords.

Aquamarine specialize in the care for marine life.

Rare Jewels

Peridot specialize in the care for life on shore. Care over land-walkers, crawlers or anything that slithers.

Tourmaline specialize in crafting. Whether it be making weapons or clothing. They also care for other Syphilion and are very important in their race as they are able to mend broken wings and halos.

Citrine, the light-bringers. Givers of light. They control all light and electricity, whether it be from the sun or moon; though of course, they can not control the sun and moon, only the light it gives, or any other light sources. Though more..trouble making Syphilion who have wings of Citrine can be known to burst people's lights out for a few giggles..

Cordierite control gravity and magnetism. Able to make objects or people up to 200 lbs levitate or float. If there is two of them as partners, they can lift twice the weight.

Tanzanite control darkness. Shadows.

Legendary Jewels

We do not speak of Onyx or Diamonds. As far as we know, they are extinct. Gone forever.
