1. The Owner may gift/trade/resell the design
The design can only be sold for what it was originally bought for along with any commissioned pieces
2. The Owner may use the design for personal and Commerical use
Approval is not needed for commercial use such as with mass-produced merchandise like pins and stickers, commercial merchandise purchased value can be added (mostly in reference to any remaining merch that has not been sold*) to the Manta-Pup Design and given to the new owner.
People are able to apply their own rules and ideas in regard to commercial use to their Manta-Pup adopts but can/should not conflict with the TOS rules that have been set regarding this in the Toyhouse World/Deviantart Group.
3. Adult Content is not permitted
Manta-Pups is a strictly SFW species, so any NSFW work (suggestive or adult content in general) should be kept private and censored/tagged/warned within the character's profile (toyhouse). Such content should be deleted when trading/reselling a Manta-pup to a minor
4. Bans/Blacklist
You will be banned and blacklisted and kicked out other either or both world/group if you discriminate against other members and/or use Manta-pups in discriminatory content (ie. r*cism, h*mophobia, t*rnsphobia)
P*dophilia (being a MAP), z*ophilia, and anything of the sort will also get you banned and blacklisted from the group/world
