A world set in the advanced cyberpunk setting where every continent is ruled under one Government. A class system heavily divides the people, leaving the rich to thrive while the poor to struggle in the fast-paced environment around them, neglected and abused by those of the higher rank. Sick of the inequality, these lower classed citizens plan to stir rebellion to go against the supreme goverment. They stemmed from low ranking thug groups to high-end yakuzas and mafias, determined to set the world right or maybe to steal the power and use it to their own advantage, whichever appeals to them.

As the number of terrorist attacks spike, the Government resorted to boosting their security by using a resource they didn't work on much before, utilizing the 'useless' people of society. After abducting countless homeless people off the street, putting them through painful trials and experiments, they have successfully created the first hybridisation project, a mix between bird and human, the first group of harpies have emerged from their labs. But it seems their success has attracted the eyes of their enemies, who were just as determined to bring them down.
