Akasha — a term from Indian cosmology — roughly put means "upper sky". It is also interpreted to have meaning lost in translation that would read as "an ethereal fluid imagined as pervading the cosmos."

Here is where fantasy came alive, a haven created by the four dragon kings of Chinese lore. It is the origin of dragons; the Märchenanfang. 

As Earth evolved and technology developed further, the dragon kings saw little they could do to continue an existence there. Man was constantly expanding, cutting down the forests and leveling the mountains to build their machines and factories. With heavy hearts, the dragon kings fled their realm and made way for the constellation Draco, where they came across a dying star towards the tip of the tail. They cradled the star, weaving their magic across it's surface until it shone brighter than any other in it's grouping. This caused a chain reaction in which the entire constellation began to pulse to life!!

The group of stars split the cosmos, opening a galactic gateway to another realm; Akasha was born.

The four dragon kings looked back down towards their home once more before leaving it behind, taking the four seasons with them...leaving earth in a catatonic state of mixed weather and global warming.

This is a world created by dragons, for dragons. It's a place to display, breed, trade, and role play dragons. Akasha is a sand-box world, meaning that you're free to create your own events and stories here! Lore is kept and managed by administrators so things don't conflict and get out of hand, so please run your ideas by them first so they can help you give it a solid foundation! Dragons here come in all sizes, shapes, colors, and breeds. They are direct descendants of the four dragon kings, and therefore possess many magical qualities (also entirely up to you as the RPer). 

We have only 4 rules here:

1. You must be 18+*
2. Sexual interaction limited to PM only.
3. No metagaming, powerplaying, retconning, or godmodding.
4. Respect each other's wishes and beliefs.

* Note: This rule is effective due to this group not limiting the type of interactions that may be engaged here. We do not wish to subject minors to said interactions if there's a possibility they may be solicited. 18 is the average legal age of consent that we wish to abide by here. If you willingly join into this group knowing you are in violation of this rule you may be banned should an admin discover the truth.

Please keep in mind that this is to protect everyone here; if you're lying about your birth year to gain access to the NSFW section and engage in sexual RP with someone over 18  it is still a punishable offence!!
