general info
Masquines are a semi-open species by brandishespistols inspired by a desire for more "spooky" species, rather than a "cute" or "cool" basis. They also pull inspiration from Kelpies, the Chimera from FMA, and OCs from the Creepypasta fandom in the earlier internet years. Standing on two equine legs, these beings have a hunched over back and emerge from the shadowy waters of swamps. They greedily grasp at prey with gaunt, human-like hands to drag them into the depths below. These masked spirits of vengeance are cursed to wander the land endlessly, only able to achieve peace when their rage is satiated.

- This is a semi-open species!
- MYO tickets allow you to have 2 traits of the ticket's rarity and an infinite amount of any rarity below it.
- This means no making, selling, or trading Masquines of any rarity above common without permission to do so.
- MYO tickets will be available for purchase so you can own a Masquine with higher rarity traits!
- Please credit brandishespistols for the species! Failure to do so and claiming it as your own could mean banning and blacklisting.
- Be respectful of others!
- Cringe culture is dead. Don't clown on people, seriously. It isn't cool and hurts so many people.
- If you are having an issue with others please DM a staff member so we can take care of it!
- This is a 13+ community! We want to welcome all interested people but we also want to put the safety of others first.
- If you are found to be under 13 you will be banned, but once you are 13, you can contact a staff member to be unbanned.
- The trading of currency and items is allowed and encouraged! Please keep these interactions public for the staff members to see.
- You must be in the Discord Server to trade currency and items. Please be aware of this. We use a bot to help manage these.

There are two types of currency for the Masquines community. The main currency you can collect is the Rotten Teeth, which can net you all sorts of rewards, like special traits! Or maybe even a MYO... The same can be said about the secondary currency, Perfect Teeth, but these are worth more. One Perfect Tooth is considered to equal 100 Rotten Teeth! Which is... a lot! Which makes them very special and worth collecting.
how to earn it
To earn Rotten Teeth you can simply use the !work command in the Discord Server or participate in server events! To earn Perfect Teeth you can participate in server events.

How to Purchase
To purchase an MYO with USD, please DM the owner of the species, brandishespistols. To purchase an MYO with Rotten or Perfect Teeth, please do so in the Discord Server using our shop bot! One of our staff will log onto the main Masquines account (Masquines) to transfer an MYO to you and then add your MYO to our masterlist.
