Akinna Terms Of Ownership

Posted 1 year, 2 months ago by Akinna

By purchasing an Akinna you are agreeing to these terms of ownership, so please be sure that you read and understand these guidelines fully.

Akinnas are a closed species, they may not be created without the explicit permission of Aimi who may be found at the following user pages:

Twitter: https://twitter.com/AimiArts
Furaffinity: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/aimi
Toyhouse: https://toyhou.se/eloise

If anyone else is selling Akinna characters please inform the species owner at the above pages.

Currently Akinnas may only be purchased through adoption by Aimi, and customs by Aimi or one of our MYO artists listed below:

(These are Furaffinity Usernames)
        ☆Erinnero-Arts                ☆VegasLiights

        ☆Nomicom                      ☆MoonzBean

   ☆Magic                            ☆Petravey

  ☆Russen                           ☆Brinstar

             ☆Peaarllwia                       ☆MaidenDearest

       ☆ThelxlBloodlxlPrince        ☆HueHound

MYO slots currently cost $55.00

You must have your Akinna designed by an Artist on the approved artist list.

MYO does not mean you or anyone outside of Aimi and the MYO artists listed above can design your *species.

An Akinna initial creation reference sheet must include at minimum a full body front view, text which should include the character’s species, a color swatch, and a colored background.

Akinna reference sheets may not be done on a base, and the character design must be approved by Aimi and posted to toyhouse by the Akinna Page before being transferred to you.

The character design may not closely resemble an already existing Akinna, you may not have a character created to copy someone else’s design.

If you would like to edit your Akinna you are more than welcome to, please be sure to get these changes approved, however, by the species owner.

If you change your Akinna design, you may not sell the old design, all versions of an Akinna character must be kept together. This means that if one version of an Akinna is sold, all versions of that Akinna must come with it.

If for some reason you end up coming to Aimi to complete your MYO, the price of the MYO will be subtracted from the cost that it takes to purchase a custom Akinna from her.

You must credit Aimi for the species upon initial gallery upload as well as the artist who created your Akinna for you.

When your Akinna is created for you, you will receive the character via toyhouse transfer from The Official Akinna Toyhouse. If you do not have a toyhouse account, a referral code can be provided to you in order to complete the transfer.

Your Akinna must be viewable by Aimi or Magic on toyhouse at all times, this is so that we may keep track of the species and where it’s going, as well as certify that the Akinna is obtained via the correct avenues and hasn’t just been uploaded by someone who is trying to claim they own a character that they do not.

The current species moderators are https://toyhou.se/eloise and https://toyhou.se/magic

If you currently have an Akinna uploaded to toyhouse, please be sure that it is visible to Aimi or Magic if it is not visible, please change the visibility so that we may keep track of everything.

PLEASE COME TO AIMI OR MAGIC BEFORE YOU SELL YOUR AKINNA to get information about people who are not permitted to purchase them, there are very few, but they're out there and blacklisted for a reason.

There are two strikes to being blacklisted. If you are found to be knowingly selling to someone who is blacklisted, you will be blacklisted immediately. If you were unaware that that person was blacklisted, you will receive a strike, and unless you refund that person their money and take your Akinna back, you will be blacklisted.

You may not sell your Akinna for more than it was purchased for, unless art has been added to it, in which case you may add the value of the art to the value of your initial purchase.

If you no longer want your Akinna and decide to sell it, you must inform the buyer of these terms of ownership via a link to these terms, and you must inform Aimi or Magic of who the Akinna was sold to, and a link to their page.
