World History
Past
Before there was anything, there was nothing. Nothing except a spark of light existed. There were no stars, no worlds billions of lightyears away, just a small spark in nothingness. This spark slowly grew to become the omnipresent goddess, Uni, Mother of all. With nothing and nobody around her for billions of years she felt nothing but loneliness in the endless void. To combat this, she used her own light to create stars of all shapes and colors to brighten up this void.
But this wasn't enough... Even with the sparks of light she felt empty inside. She needed companions. Using her own bones and flesh she created the second god to ever exist, Otsanda, the first sister. Goddess of Fire. Otsanda felt the same loneliness Uni did however, and through her tears Uni created the second sister, Miura, Goddess of Water. The two sisters together would later be known as The Nature Gods.
With the two sisters help she began creating various planets, but still the emptiness inside never went away. Combining the chaotic nature of her power and part of the various stars, she created the third sister. Khaliida, Goddess of Chaos. Khaliida was young and curious and helped her older sisters create many of the animals to live on their worlds. The three sisters and their mother lived in harmony during this time but, this still wasn't enough for Uni. Something was still missing.
Uni decided she would create one more god. As she pricked her finger her blood as black as the void dripped down her finger and began to form. Slowly, the droplet began to take various forms. Uni did not interfere, she did not help this new being. Just watched with a curious eye. The last of the gods were born and the brother, Nova, God of Darkness, was here.
Uni and the sisters continued with their other creations such as, the Demigods, as space grew more and more with time. Nova however, was left to fend for himself. After his creation, Uni no longer had an interest in him. She thought that after making a new child, the emptiness inside would leave, but she was wrong. She felt nothing towards him, towards her mistake. As Uni watched over her many creations, Nova planned her demise.
Nova's powers were defective in Uni's eyes, but that didn't mean they were powerless. Using his own blood he began to work on his own creations, the Demons. All demons at the time were made of his pure blood and sent out to slaughter all of his sisters and mothers creations, nobody was safe from the demons wrath.
This was known as the Blood Genocide.
Uni did not fear this outcome though, she knew she was stronger than him, better than him even. The two fought a long battle before Uni came up with a good punishment for him, she had created a realm separate from space, the Mortal Realm. She created a new void, trapping Nova inside for all eternity.
After these events, the gods knew they needed something to protect themselves with. Thus, the angels were born. Meanwhile, the mortals learned more about their new demonic enemies and trained to become demon hunters.
Present
In the current year for the 31st century, demon hunting is a common occurence in Paradise. The demon hunting business pays well and some hunters even form contracts with demons in order to combat others. The mortals of the world still stay faithful to their gods, as faithful as they can at least.
After all these years, the demigods have gone on their own paths away from the gods. The demigod of dragons, Areia has started her own business of demon hunting with the help of the mortals around her and two other demigods in charge, Cloud and Diah. These three were the first demigods to completely reject the gods and go their separate way thousands of years ago. Diah has been well known to mortals since then now.
Now with demon attacks being more common than ever now, the demigods special unit of demon hunters has prepared for the worst to come...

Story Plot
The main story of Paradise revolves around a young angel named Ocho with two goals: Reuniting with her friend, Keji, and finding out what happened to herself because frankly, she can't seem to remember. When she finds herself in the hands of demigods who have given her the choice to die or become their demon killing weapon for life she knows she only has one choice.
On the otherside of the story, Keji has been trapped in hell and looking for a way out for years now. They know Ocho is out there and they know they have to find a way back to her. They're accompanied by their new family; a demon named Mona Rostova and her trusty familiar, Oscar. Together the three plan to escape hell and search for Ocho, hoping once they leave hell they'll get the peaceful life they've always dreamed of!

Culture
Language(s)
There are many languages used in Paradise, commonly used are human languages such as English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, etc. One language all those of Paradise learn at some point is the native language from the Gods 'Parasidion'. Originally found on runes and in old temples, the language can be very difficult to learn which is why most mortals start young learning. Angels and Demons have no trouble reading and speaking this language though, as its their native tongue.
Clothing
There is no set attire for all of Paradise but the varying districts or other places in Paradise have different cultural clothes, it all depends on where you are.
Food
There are all types of food here you may be familiar with, apple pies, barbeque wings, large salads, ecetra, they're all here. That being said, travelers from different worlds may bring in differing cultural foods which has affected Paradise's menu. It's not uncommon to see salads served with snail shells on the side or having the flowers of a Flora Vixen's tail cut off sprinkled on large turkeys. The foods all vary but, there will always be something for someone to enjoy.
Traditions
It is tradition in Paradise to give offerings to the gods.
Festivals/Holidays
One of the main festivities in Paradise is the Stardust Festival. Think of it as New Years but, for an entire week. Each day represents a new theme and each theme corresponds to what the gods have given and created for mortals.
Similar to Valentines Day, the day to show your love to those around you is known as the Day of Doves in Paradise! The rules of the holiday are basically the same.
Religion
Basics
All mortals know of the Gods existence, to them it'd be wrong not to worship them. Even if mortals do not worship every god there's always at least one they have faith in.

Gods
Uni
Goddess of All, the creator of the cosmos. She is responsible for all life on Paradise and beyond. She's regularly referred to as 'Mother of All' by the mortals of Paradise. Very little is known about her outside of her being the omnipresent god, most choose not to question their mighty god, maybe it is for the best.
Otsanda
The first of the gods to be created and the oldest sister. She inherited Uni's strength and uses this to her advantage. To mortals, she is feared for her brute strength and fiery demeanor, she has been known to set fire to mortal settlements in the past and continues to strike fear into those who appose her. However, she's not all scary, Otsanda is worshipped by many Beastfolk as she is seen as their greatest ancestor who fought for the Beastfolks right to exist. Without her, humans would have taken advantage of their animalistic natures and Otsanda fought hard against this along with her younger sister, Miura. The two together are known as 'The Twin Wolves' to the Beastfolk.
Miura
The second of the gods and sister to Otsanda, she is everything Otsanda is not. While Otsanda is known for her fiery nature, Miura is known for her much kinder and pacifistic nature yet still very emotional personality. All of Paradise know the rain that falls are the tears from Miura's eyes, at least thats the rumor. Just like her sister, she is worshipped heavily by Beastfolk, she used to regularly meet mortal Beastfolk of the Mortal Realm and stay with them from time to time to understand her 'childrens' situations. To her, all mortals are her kin in some way, especially Beastfolk. She hopes to give her creations a promising future. However, she hasn't been seen by any mortals in years now. They wonder if she's abandoned them.
Khaliida
A fearsome goddess, Uni had created her as a way to gain assistance creating more beasts, Khaliida took it a step further in creating horrifying monsters to the most odd and useless creatures in Uni's eyes. Khaliida is the most feared of her sisters rather than worshipped, she was known to eat mortals as a young god not because they wronged her but because she grew bored and wanted to cause chaos. This incident restricted just how much she was allowed to interact with mortals.
Nova
A 'defective' god created by the blood of his mother. For years he has wanted nothing but to destroy what his mother loves and only have her eyes on him. As the creator of demons, he sees hmself as fear and rage itself. Every demon feels his rage and pain and turns it into their own rage. As the demons blood spreads more and more through the mortals of Paradise, his ego grows stronger.
Places of Worship
There are various churches and temples throughout Paradise where mortals can worship. All churches are connected to one known as The Church of The Cosmos, a church specifically run by angels. These churches are protected by their holy blessings which are impenetrable for demons. Statues of the Gods are also spread out through the area where some may pray and hope the gods hear their wishes and grant them. These statues can even be found inside large malls or other large populated areas, that or they're left behind after a few years out in the wilderness somewhere.

Society
Government
The government in Paradise is known as the "World Government" it watches over all 14 districts through Paradise. There is no true higher up of the government as it has various voices taking care of various issues such as demon outbreaks. Areas not part of the districts are not under control of the World Government but can be allied through trading, tourism, ecetra. The World Government has it's own militaristic unit of Demon Hunters as well as a clean up crew incase demon attacks cause a large enough mess.
Economy

Occupations
Description of different occupations available (agriculture, technology, arts, etc.).
All sorts of occupations exist in Paradise such as agricultural, technological, educational and so on. However, one occupation that may be unique to Paradise is "Hunters". A hunters main goal is to track, capture and kill demons. Although, sometimes other creatures like ghosts or vampires are slain too. It all depends on the amount of damage they cause but, for demons just their existence is enough to get them killed.
Technology
With the help of magic, technology has advanced in more ways than one. Artificial Magic Weapons (AMW) are a popular type of weapon in Paradise especially for those who lack their magic abilities. Many hunters with no magic abilities use AMWs to make their job easier. Robotics have advanced to such a degree that it's more common to see androids living their own lives in districts than ever before. Many newly designed androids are infused with artificial souls with one of the biggest stars in Paradise, Mimi Hajime, being one of the androids with this new soul.
Housing
There's various kinds of architectural styles throughout Paradise. Neugdaekko has more korean architecture as some of it's oldest homes and buildings while newer homes have a more modern look. Modern homes are more likely to be in the districts rather than outer regions.

Source
Magic is everywhere in Paradise! In plants, artifacts and wildlife. Every being in Paradise has some form of magic inside themselves known as "Soul Magic" but, not everyone is able to unlock their magic. The soul itself is the source of magic. Artificial Magic Weapons help with this issue however by imbuing magic into weapons that normally do not use magic.
Abundance
Soul Magic is extremely common, being found in just about every mortal being. Other forms like Chaos and Dark Magic are less common though with Dark Magic being used by demons and those in contact with demons. Chaos Magic is almost never seen, with only godly beings and those lucky enough to harness its power.
Acquisition
As said before, every mortal is born with soul magic imbued in them but, it takes various ways to unlock. Some are able to unlock their magic early on in life while others may recieve very late into their lives. Some mortals are just never able to unlock their power and use specialized weapons insetad to help them.
Types
Soul Magic
Soul Magic is magic that is inside of everyone's soul, not everyone can unlock this magic though. Soul Magic originates from Chaos Magic (aka Magic of the Gods) and is used primarily by mortals. Those who unlock this magic can do a variety of things, everyone's magic is unique to them as well.
Chaos Magic
A form of magic that can only be harnessed by the Gods or those with god-like abilities. Fragments of it exist in Soul Magic but do not require a soul for it to be used. Some call Chaos Magic the "Primordial Magic".
Dark Magic
Magic that's created due to corruption of the soul. It's similar to Chaos Magic. This magic is primarily used by Nova, creator of demons, dark magic corrupts the mind and body and creates something entirely new from the deepest and darkest desires of the user. Those who attempt to use dark magic normally become demons themselves. Dark magic is directly connected to the black demon blood.

Main
The last of the Black Winged Angels and known as the defective "Angel of Death". Parts of her past are shrouded in mystery and blocked off entirely in her mind, she hopes to uncover some sort of truth behind her mysterious creation and traumatizing childhood. However, she's not only on a mission to revive her memories but, search for her long lost friend and companion, Keji.
A mysterious sentient being directly connected to Ocho, often taking the form of a scarf. Despite her odd appearance, she is still an angel just like Ocho. All their life they've felt the need to protect Ocho and consume the lives around her. However, with a little help from Ocho and the possibility of timeout, Demitra is shaping up to be a somewhat good creature and not eat as many mortals as they wish to. Just eating the bad ones like Ocho tells her to.
An enigma, someone who's been trapped in Hell for over a thousand years after being separated from Ocho. The demons of Hell know they're not human, but they're no demon either. Keji's entire existence is a mystery but others try not to question it, Ocho doesn't question them at all. During their childhood, the two were inseperable and for years Keji has planned to escape Hell and finally reunite with her. Without her they feel empty inside.
While Keji is trapped in hell, they've had Mona and Nihasa take care of them and not drive them insane during their time surrounded by demons and the god, Nova.
A young beastman becoming a demon hunter. He works alongside his many siblings and aunties with his two moms being his boss. He hopes to make enough money as a demon hunter to continue taking care of his family as he gets older.

Realms
Mortal Realm
The mortal realm, also known as "Space", houses just about all the planets, galaxies, etc. you may or may not know about. It's also the only realm not created by a known god. During the beginning this realm was nothing but an infinite void with only a small spark inside. That spark grew to be Uni and she created the worlds we know today. The realms outside of this have their own passage of time and laws.
Atheos
Atheos, also known "The Heavens" by mortals, was created specifically to home the gods angels and other godly beings. Atheos is a much more advanced realm compared to all others, with the extradinary powers of their deities and pure angelic abilites combined they've seem to make life quiet easier for themselves. All angels are created and raised here and can freely leave and come back whenever they please, so long as they're faithful to their gods.
Hell
The remains of the old void from the mortal realm turned into a home for demons. The god of darkness, Nova, reinvented these remains to his liking for thousands of years. Not all demons live or are even from Hell however, as the demons blood spreads further through Paradise, more mortals are turned. All to increase the number of Nova's demonic army.
Spirit's Path
Not much is known about this realm. Only ever truly being seen by the dead. Those who have had near death experiences state that it's a lush green meadow all around with nothing but the wind to accompany you.
Lands/Countries
Districts Of Haven
The fourteen Districts of Haven are spread throughout Paradise. Many mortals live in these districts as they all thrive under the world government. Despite them all being connected by the same government, the districts can be vastly different from each other in their cultures and traditions. However, one major rule for every district is absolutely No Demons. Doesn't mean everyone follows the rule though.
Forever Forest
One of the largest areas in Paradise. Despite the name it's not just a forest nor does it go on forever. However, due to the nature of the land, the Forever Forests appearance will change and morph periodically, causing confusion and paranoia amongst those not familiar with it, gaining the name "Forever Forest". It's rumored that the forest itself has a mind of it's own, being an old creature created by the gods, Miura and Otsanda.
늑대꼬/Neugdaekko (WolfTail) Mountain
Largest mountain range high in Paradise, it houses a large population of beastfolk outside of the districts but still has large connections to the districts with tourism and trading. The culture in Neugdaekko is heavily based on Korea but has a few other sea inspired cultures as well.

Locations
Kanaloa Kingdom
A kingdom deep underwater, Kanaloa has been kept hidden for years from "Landdwellers", only ever being open to sea animals. The demigod, Ava, resides in the kingdom along with all fish who see her as their true mother and god. Due to it's closed off nature, not much is known about it.
Yun Kingdom
Once a large kingdom dragons used to reside in, for years fragments of the kingdoms have disappeared over time or been preserved by historians. The only living dragons from the Yun Kingdom are the demigods, Areia and Malakai. Areia being the first ever dragon created. The remains of Yun are scattered throughout Paradise now.
Temples Of The Gods
Temples spread throughout Paradise used for prayer, wishes and more. Relics can be found hidden away in some temples, might not be smart to take any. Although temples can be found in the districts, many older ones are near outer regions, with some being abandoned for so long that demons have begun taking refuge inside.
Resistance Base "Nihan"
A lesser realm created by the demigods, Ming Yue and Diah, in order to create a safe zone for themselves and their allies. Nihan is protected by Diah's illusion magic and only shown to those who are granted access to Nihan.
