Q: How can I get a Ponchopillar?
Ponchopillars can be obtained in a variety of ways, including through official adopt sales or customs from vponpo or other Guest Artists. You may also find them through raffles, or when users trade and gift them to one another on the Ponchopillars Discord server/Toyhouse Forums. Or you can create one whenever theres a MYO event/when theres open slots at the shop.
Q: What is a custom Ponchopillar and how do I get one?
A: Custom Ponchopillar can be ordered from either vponpo or Guest Artists, depending on whether they are currently accepting custom orders. The artist will take the specifications provided by the customer and create a new Ponchopillarde according to their wishes.

Q: What are Directors, Scouts and Artists?
A: The directors and the admins that are the most experienced individuals in regards to the species, and they should be contacted for more detailed inquiries or questions related to personal matters. The scouts, or Moderators, will help answer basic questions as well as approve designs for mini-events. Artists are allowed to create an unlimited number of Ponchopillar's that can then be sold/traded or raffled off!

If you have a concern, issue, or problem with the group or member, the first step is to speak to them directly, but if the problem is far too intense for you to handle by yourself. You can contact an owner or administrator via Toyhouse or Discord dms.
