This world is a repository for closed species characters created by me/Teabiscuits.

Rules are subject to change as needed.

NO NSFW material/content is permitted.
NO resale.
DO NOT use my work to promote hate speech or violence.
DO NOT copy, trace, or repost content claiming it as your own.
DO NOT try to make your own Carbumple, Cosmic Dust Bunny, Wishing Star Bunny, etc. or claim a non-canon character as being such.
- Taking inspiration however is okay.
DO NOT heavily alter original designs. Characters MUST be recognizable from base designs.
- Major deviations will void CS status.
- Major changes include:
  - Number of limbs.
  - Face and body design changes.
  - Addition of non-canonical features.
  - Extreme outfit alterations.
  - Extreme palette alterations.

Only designs made by me (Teabiscuits) and attached to the Dreamstar Nebula World are official.
Designs are SFW ONLY.
Trading and Gifting is okay.
Minor design changes are allowed.
- Permitted design changes include:
  - Palette tweaks (IE blue to teal, purple to red, etc)
  - Pattern swaps (IE stripes to stars, spots to hearts, etc).
  - Addition of accessories or charms.
Customizing backstory and personality within parameters of available lore is allowed.

BREAKING THESE RULES WILL VOID YOUR CHARACTER AS PART OF THE UNIVERSE AND POTENTIALLY RESULT IN A BAN/BLOCK.
