When the sun god first visited the humanity, the first division of man was made: the elves. With pointy ears and long lifespans, they resembled those of old human fiction.

The elves, as they were before, do not exist, having joined back with the rest of humanities divisions. While there are many with elven blood, full elves barely exist and thoses who do prefer to live in closed communities, away from others. The reason while there are no full elves is the same reason there are no full humans: they've all become a part of different races over time. The elves that were made first are known as original elves while elves that have spread out are called current elves but since there are far more current elves, they are often simply refered to as just elves.

Original elves see themselves as the closest to the original man, humanity, as they have minimal differences

Types of elves

Original elves

The original elves usually just look like humans but with long pointy ears. Some elves may be born with 'unatural' skin tones with Miraht being an example. Quite a lot of the surviving original elves are either aincents or celestials as they were around since the sun god's first appearence.

Current elves

Anyone with pointed ears usually has elven blood. There isn't really any difference between original and current elves besides cultural differences, the orginal stick to themselves as they see themselves to be closest to the original man while current elves just pal around everyone

General

Elves are elves. It's not a very original idea.

Traits

Ears - Pointy! Doesn't really effect hearing. They are able to move slightly for fun or to express slight emotion

Lifespan - Elves can live up to 500 naturally although most do not live that long as elves are physically weaker than humans and are more susceptible to disease. The age helf the speed of humans until they reach 60 (30 in human years) where they don't seem to age anymore.

Magic - Elves are naturally born with the ablility to use magic and find it far easier to use than humans. Most well known mages were elves.
