A world once rife with war and despair, it has been 400 years since the Portal Pandemic, a decade long war in which portals were opened all over the world that leads to different parts of the universe, and even in some cases, outside of it. Now the world of Alkanzia is in a time of peace, under the rule of the great King, who has united the world into the empire known as the King's Union. But not all is as it appears. After all, a single king has been in charge for the entire world for 400 years. Unravel the mystery that lies at the heart of the world, and find what truly happened all those years ago, during the Portal Pandemic.
Portal Pandemic is an original ttrpg campaign setting made with my own system known as Dungeon Lite™, a modular ttrpg system that is made to emphasize creativity first, system second.
Welcome to Alkanzia players! Explore the mysteries of the world, and figure out what exactly happened all those centuries ago. Dropped in from their respective homes across space and time itself, the Party must come together as a while in order to stay safe from the ever present forces at large and to find a way back to their homes.
Travel diverse regions, encounter enchanting locals, discover different species and cultures, meet the Hero, and so much more! You and the Party are given the impossible fetch quest epic journey of capturing the contracts of each Apostle! And who knows, maybe you'll even save the universe at the end of the day.
But always remember Players one special rule. One that you must never break if you wish to survive in the world of Alkanzia. You are not the Main Character.

Main Characters
The K1ng
As the unifier of the world of Alkanzia, The King was granted the special right to reign all over it, calling his new empire the King's Union. He presides over it with dignity and compassion; after all he's the Main Character.
The Green Queen
A mysterious but beautiful avian like being, The Green Queen has been married to The King since the times of The Portal Pandemic. What lies behind that mask is something no one truly knows.
The Hero
Every story needs A Hero, and he's been specially handpicked for the job! No Quest is to big or too small for him. After all... he's The Main Character.
The Saintess
Bright and bubbly, The Saint helps The Hero on his journey and Quest against The King. No wound is too big for this small girl, and she's more than willing to help out!
The Assassin
Quiet and brooding, The Assassin was once wary of The Hero, but now she's more than willing to lay down her life for him. After all, no good deed should be turned away.
The Rogue
A defyer of fates, The Rogue plans on dealing with The Quest in ways that The Hero is unprepared for. She is snappy, witty, and more than a little reckless, but that surely makes her charming in her own way!
The Bard
Upbeat and headstrong, The Bard keeps The Hero's Party on the correct path during the duration of The Quest. Nothing brings her more happiness than the smiles on her companions faces!
