Editing
You may crop, resize, add text or repurpose the art so as to make icons, reference sheets etc. You may recolor or change the original drawing. You may not edit anything on the design which would change any of the trait's rarities.
Watermarking
If I have added a watermark or signature you are not allowed to remove it. If you need it moved in the image please contact me first. To keep your Lockheart safe, it is suggested when reposting the work a watermarked version be uploaded.
Lockheart Pairs
Paired Lockhearts gain an additional battle form. To pair your Lockheart(s) together, please contact either Sheep or Aogami to have their battle forms designed (as a normal commission) and their listing changed officially in the database to reflect their new paired status!
You are allowed to draw and roleplay your Lockhearts however you want, but only Lockhearts with official battle form designs made by one of us will be recognized as paired in the database.
Once two (or more) Lockhearts have been paired and linked together, this cannot be undone under any circumstances. You are welcome to resell, trade, or gift the designs separately – however the Lockhearts will always be paired.
Usage and Reposting
You may put art you've commissioned from me up anywhere you like for free so long as you aren't breaking the host site's ToS or AUP. Also, please source the image when you post: On booru-style sites use an artist tag, on gallery sites link back to my homepage you commissioned the work from, if you're printing it out and distributing it (for free) put the url on the back.
Reselling, Trading, and Gifting
You may resell any design you have received, this includes designs you have received in trades or gifts. You are more than welcome to resell the design for more than what you paid for it. Please be sure to check our DATABASE to who currently owns which Lockhearts. If the person is not listed as the owner they do not have the right to transfer the design in any way, shape or form.
Instead of asking people not to resell for more than the original purchase price, we've chosen to charge a small transfer of ownership fee based on the original sale price, which will be listed on the Lockheart's page in the database.
The transfer of ownership fee will be either $5 USD or 10% of the original sale price, whichever is more. For trades and sales, the buyer is responsible for the fee; for gifts, the seller is responsible for the fee. Failure to pay will result in being blacklisted, and ownership will not change in the official database. Any future trades or sales of a design by a seller not recognized as the owner in the database will be considered black market trades, and will not under any circumstances be legitimized without first resolving the transfer of ownership.
Refunds and Payments
Once payment has been processed, all purchases are final and refunds will not be issued.

- once you are confirmed as the buyer, you have 24 hours to provide your paypal information. You will then be sent an invoice, and have 48 hours to pay.
- Failure to pay will result in a temporary ban from purchases, and the design will be relisted
Legal, Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights
As the Artist(s) (Sheep/Sheepily/Sheeps and Aogami/Aoi) of the Work (any art created for profit or as a part of a trade or gift by the Artist) for the Client (a person receiving and/or paying for the Work, you), the Artist retains any and all Intellecual Property (IP) rights and Copyright to the image with the following exceptions: The Client may distribute the Work for free in physical copy or online so long as no profit is directly or indirectly made from it. The Work must be displayed according to the aforementioned guidelines in the "Editing the Art" section of this document, and credit to the Artist must be displayed where possible within reason. IP rights and Copyrights may also be purchased for an additional fee to be agreed upon by both the Artist and the Client at the time of the initial sale or any time before the Work is used for the purpose of earning additional profit.
