Marighouls are a ghostly humanoid species made of water and magic! While every Marighoul is a little different, there are some key features they all have in common, most notably their watery hair!
They are, at their most basic, the spirits of those drowned who have been given a new life by the very bodies of water that took their previous ones. Some Marighouls remember their previous lives as humans, while others do not. It is unknown what specifically causes a Marighoul to lose or retain their old memories.
