Species Guidelines/Terms of Service
Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings/bans.
Design Tradeability
-Tekirai ownership transfers must be logged in the discord server.
-By default, you are not allowed to resell Tekirai for higher than CV unless the designer explicitly permits it.
-Designs that were given to you for free are not able to be traded or resold unless you have added value(Items, art, etc...), along with designer customs.
-There is a 3 day trading cooldown.
-If you are frequently trading/reselling designs (10+/month) then it is also considered a warnable/bannable offense.
-Backing out out payment is not tolerated. Once will get you a warning, second time will be banned from the designer's adopts.
-Please do not trade designs to blacklisted people.
MYO/items/currency exchange
-MYOs cannot be resold for higher than the value it was obtained. They can be exchanged for other currencies as long as the amount does not exceed the USD equivalent(includes voltgears).
-The same rules apply to items and voltgears.
-Transactions involving real life currencies are allowed as long as it does not exceed the USD value.

-All MYO designs and redesigns have to be approved within the server.
-Designs must follow Toyhou.se guidelines.
-Designs inspired by copyrighted characters cannot look too similar.
-The appearance of designs cannot be hateful in nature/promote a hateful message.
-Tekirai designs are allowed to be based off of another OC you own, with permission from the designer. -The Tekirai and the OC will become attached, meaning you cannot trade them separately.
One-offs(voiding)/other species/commercial usage
-One-offs can be made from Tekirai you own. It must have its defining traits removed: screen, plug and battery.
-If other species allow it, you can make a species design based off of your Tekirai. These designs are attached to the Tekirai! They cannot be traded separately.
-Commercial usage is not allowed.
Unofficial Designs
-Unofficial designs/concepts can be shared if you have an MYO and are planning to use it.
-Making unofficial/unauthorized designs might get you banned from the species, along with basic things like scamming and pretending an unofficial design is an official one.
NSFW Content
-Regarding Tekirai NSFW content, you can create it as long as you are: 18+, the owner(s) of the Tekirai are also 18+ and has given you permission to make it, and the Tekirai is also 18+. This type of content cannot be shared within the server and must be inaccessible to minors and come with a content warning.
-If you violate these rules, it may lead to the Tekirai getting voided, and/or people involved banned.
