In this world, Anthro is the proper way to stand and act. Being on all fours, not speaking in human tongue, and not wearing clothes is seen as being Feral. Acting feral is a general no-no and seen almost on the same level as petty crimes such as stealing. Schools have a strict no Feral policy and students can get suspended or sent to a special school for it (think of boarding schools.)
A group of students who have been affected by this rule, or just in general think it’s dumb, have come together to be Feral in secret after school. These students try and push against the hateful stereotype online, and one day hope to make it the norm again, or at least it being accepted. The founder, Berry Blast or BB for short, made the group after coming back from suspension for merely growling at his classmate who was pushing him around.
