This is a CS, meaning there will be no free to make celestieye unless I've given you permission, please keep that in mind!! It's also an 18+ species, NO minors are allowed to own them due to their traits.

• You may edit the design within 50% of the original, just show me your edits via pm/dm! I will most likely approve them, and this includes changing subtypes and adding mutations, you're free to add one mutation, and change subtype ONE time in the duration of owning the celestieye.
• You agree not to trade/sell/gift to a minor, I will blacklist you and make sure you cannot participate. they have sexual traits, let's be responsible!
• By owning one you agree to the fact that you will respect this tos, otherwise you will be blocked and blacklisted. i will NOT revoke a design, but I will not tolerate disrespect.
• Can be used as mascots or vtubers with PROPER CREDIT to me every single time, thank you! it's my hard work and i don't want them being made for fun by random people who don't realize it's a closed species.
• You are not allowed to make adoptables, or make your own without direct permission. currently this cs is private and only allowed to people i trust.
• If you are a friend looking to trade or sell or gift your celestieye, please let them know of this TOS, I will not restrict your trades/sales, but please please let me know. I have a personal masterlist that I'm using to keep track!
