What are Giatoros?
Giatoros are a closed species created and owned by xRunt on toyhouse. They are creatures that adapt rather quickly to their enviorment and can naturally manipulate their offspring's genetic code to a large extent. They are influenced by the ecoystem and customs of their surroundings making them creatures with a large range in culture, language, biodiversity, and social hierachy. One thing they all have in common however is they tend to be herd creatures, you can create your own herd with its own history and customs, become allies or foes with neighboring herds and compete for resources and territory.

Giatoros can be gained through adopts mods create or through various events, prompts, and giveaways we provide. Mod and GA adopts may be "mythical" an exclusive rarity given to some adopt designs to preserve some value and worth for our team so they can get some compensation for their work! But other than that any other rarity is easily gained in other methods.

Short awnser, yes. Although the unoffical giatoro will not be capable of participating in prompts and events within the community the owner doesn't mind if you create your own. It can be shared within other discord servers just not the Giatoro ones as to not confuse mods. Concepts may only be shared if the user has a MYO.

We do not want to be involved in any legal matters as a community so you may not copyright your design nor use it for commericial use. Alt designs may be created for such purposes.

As to avoid confusion signing up to be a GA means any design you sell, make, giveaway will have to follow the community terms of service as to avoid confusion.
We have our terms of services, we keep members updated on any changes made and users are expected to abide by them, however these are the basics to keep in mind when interacting with the community.
- Mods and members must be respectful to each other, just because you are given some form of authority does not mean you are entitled to treating other users lower than you. Members are encouraged on speaking out of any moderation abuse. We strive to make a community where users are comfortable and included.
- Do not harass other species or non cs for having similar features, especially when shared in the community. We do not copyright or own any of the traits however ocs do belong to their owners, crossing the line would be straight up stealing someones characters.
- Be careful of trades or sells outside the toyhouse or discord server. The Giateam will promote adopts however all are currently sold on the Giateam TH or the Giateam discord server. Character resales are typically done inside the server but please make sure to be wary and check for ownership for we cannot refund any scams, only ban members.
