axitope guide

Gooey entities from deep space, Axitopes are acidic single-celled organisms with slime-like structures. Drifting through the void between planets, they affix to passing celestial bodies, they're social and adaptive, forming colonies of diverse shapes, sizes and colors. Through a microscope or a telescope you can find axitope anywhere!

To be an Axitope, you need a skull suspended in translucent slime, complete with cheek organs, at least one antennae, and a nucleus. The shape and placement of these parts, and everything else is entirely up to you!

the wonderful world of topes

Axitopes are entirely made of acidic slime surrounded by a soft membrane. they're sort of like germs. while the typical tope looks sort of like a gecko, axitopes come up with a wide variety of shapes designed to fit their enviroments, and no limits to colours or patterns! They can be the size of a house or microscopic, it all depends on what they eat. Different topes for different folks. Making something weird, freaky, silly or creepy is GREATLY encouraged, get imaginative!

Axitopes are a simple species I doodled up one night, they're also my first ever original species. There are no strict rules. Feel free to draw inspiration from this concept. Theres definitely more than a few scientific inaccuracies, but hopefully you can forgive my little cartoon guys haha.

Out of this world!
