I wanted to go ahead and share a couple of things that I have setup, my immediate short term plans for what to work on, and the longer term goals I have in mind!

Things I've Done Now

1. The World has a new CSS! 
   • It could use a banner image but that's just something that will go into the first artist applications I put up!
     I'm a very slow artist so I tend to source art for species from the community instead via commissions!
2. I setup the forums with a thread specifically for small updates from me - I never want to give people a million pings if they don't want them, so if you'd like to more closely follow my smaller steps as I get things setup go subscribe to that thread.
   • And feel free to comment! Just make sure to keep them as replies to each of my posts - I've got it setup to be nested

Things I'm doing Next

1. Thinking through the lore - I'm not expecting to do extensive world building with them but I'd like to give them a good base for people to build off of without limiting anyone. 
   • You'll find a small post on this in the small updates thread - I'm very open to thoughts on this!
2. Putting together a trait page
   • We have the images still from before but I'm a big fan of html trait pages that are a little more mobile friendly and I plan on taking the time to put that together.
3. Compiling a Staff Search / Interest Check
   • I likely don't have the time myself to do things like cycle prompts, upkeep banking, host full events, or upkeep a masterlist. So the amount that any of these things happen for this species is going to entirely depend on how much I'm able to pull in a moderator team willing to help with those things. I'm very good at being an overall organizer and coordinator between these things if I can manage to bring people in though.

Longterm

I have a lot of projects and I do that on purpose. My attention span bounces between things a lot (in short time frames, we're talking days at most, but still). 

Because of this, gathering everything together for a proper relaunch of some kind will likely take months - anywhere between 3-6. I know that's a long time, but I can promise it's a timeframe I will stay communicative during, and will be sped up if the staff search goes well! (or if really doesn't go well and I just make the species completely open).
