What Are Brain Leeches?

Brain Leeches are an alien species that inhabit a warm and wet planet with no known name.
True to their name they are a leech-like species that can survive and thrive both on land and in water, fresh and salt alike.
They are not called Brain Leeches because they take over the brains of hosts like other so called "brain worms" but rather because they are smart problem solvers.
Brain Leeches hatch from cocoons, and they feed on their planet's energy in order to maintain their anthropomorphic forms.
If they cannot feed for whatever reason, they will revert into a small, simple leech form until they do feed to save energy.
How Do I Get One?
There is currrently only 1 way to get a Brain Leech: Getting an MYO slot! Luckily you can do this without paying a cent! Here's how:
MYO slots (which by default allow all Common Traits) cost 500 Cocoons each, which is the currency this Toyhouse World uses, although real money can be used by donating to my Kofi (veeaitchess) if you want to finacially support me! 100 Cocoons = 1 USD!
You get 500 Cocoons just by becoming a member of this Toyhouse World!
You can also get 500 Cocoons for each creative work (art, writing, music, ect) you make that is related to Brain Leeches, even your own! Does not matter how much effort you put into it! NO AI WORKS!!!
Another option to get 500 Cocoons is to advertise this species via making a bulletin that links to this Toyhouse World! One-time use only!
Non-Common Traits cost extra on top of the MYO slot: Uncommon Traits are 250 Cocoons each, Rare Traits are 500 Cocoons each, and Legendary Traits are 1000 Cocoons each.
Rules
You must be 17 years old or older to be a member and to make a Brain Leech, this is for the species creator's own comfort so please respect these boundaries.
No using Brain Leeches for NSFW purposes, blood and gore is fine though I just mean for sexual purposes.
No hate speech (lgbtphobia, racism, zionism, antisemitism, ect) allowed. No proshippers allowed either.
Please properly credit your Brain Leech characters and do not claim the species as your own.
Feel free to make offbrands without credit I do not own the concept of alien leeches lol.
CBCs (Character Based Characters) are allowed to be made with permission from the species creator as certain media is not allowed for the species creator's own comfort.
No ALT accounts please.
If you private a Brain Leech please authorize the species creator if you can.
You are free to gift or trade MYO slots and Brain Leeches.
You may commission creative works of Brain Leeches, whether they are for yourself or a gift, just make sure the species gets properly credited.
Do not sell MYO slots or Brain Leeches (if there is no added art) for a higher price than purchased. Please make sure the buyer is in the Toyhouse World.
Co-owning is allowed just don't bring up any complications that may occur from it.
Minor redesigns (colors, body shape, height, physical traits) are allowed to be made for free with notice to the species creator, but major redesigns (special traits) will cost extra, the price depending on what the special trait is being changed into.
Voiding characters is allowed with notice to the species creator.
