MLP ALTERNATIVE AU

twilight gets defeated by queen chrysalis and the mane 5 (excluding twilight) are taken over by the queen and turned into changelings, the mane 5 have their elements. The only thing is, they’re the opposite of what they represent. The elements are used to derive magic from ponies and make them hate one another. Chrysalis has the actual elements and tree of harmony under control. While queen chrysalis puts a spell on twilight and the rest of the princesses to make them sleep forever, there’s a twist. Starlight glimmer is the one to not be hypnotized by hate. she uses this to her advantage to defeat chrysalis. She tries using the magic of friendship within her own heart to stop the queen, using everything twilight taught her before being defeated, starlight glimmer is able to defeat chrysalis without using the elements. But before chrysalis is defeated, the queen absorbs all of twilights magic, before killing her. the queen uses that magic from twilight to try and stop starlight. It doesn’t work. Now with equestria back to kind of normal...(Luna, celestia, and cadence free)... But twilight gone. And the mane 5 are still changelings) starlight uses the now free elements to turn back her friends. But here’s the thing- they don’t turn back to normal ponies! They turn into prettier changelings. (If you watched the show you know exactly what I’m talking about lol) so with the princesses back, and the elements back, Celestia sees they need a princess of magic to complete the elements of harmony,so starlight becomes princess in twilights place. And the group is all back together again, in a different form,and with a new member.
