Here’s a guide on how Nabi events work!
What are events?
Twice a year, something big happens in the species' lore. This could be a magic surge that makes all the Nabis’s magic go haywire, or maybe a mysterious letter asking for your help.
Through writing prompts, puzzle-solving, and even trading mysterious wisps for useful items, a mystery unravels, resulting in the discovery of an incredible prize. These are three week long events with various ways to play along!

Writing Prompts
There are three writing prompts per event. Simply write or draw your Nabis’ reactions to the events unfolding before them.
These are a great way to participate casually, as well as a good way to develop your Nabis and their personalities.
Games
Along with the prompts, mini adventure games will unlock throughout the event. These are text-based Twine games where you can talk to NPCs and trade in items to progress the story.
Items
Items can be found in the Wisp Shop in exchange for wisps, or in the puzzles themselves.
There are items that will solve parts of the puzzle, help you maneuver the maze, or even give you extra entries in the raffle at the end of each event.
As of 2020, you can only buy or find one useful item a day (meaning any item that is not a ticket).
Wisps
During the event, there will be a special channel in the Discord where you can “catch” wisps. Basically, every time I post a specific emoji (🔆), you type C for “Catch”. Anyone who comments before I type WISP CLOSED gets a wisp added to their count.
Tickets
Tickets give you extra entries in the raffle at the end of the event.
Raffle
At the end of the event, a nest is found. The eggs are given out in a raffle, and from these eggs, Aurusalkar (Alkarnabi's "premium" subspecies, only available during special cases) are reborn.
