The rules for Bulbette MYO slots are very simple, and you agree to abide by them when purchasing/claiming a MYO slot.
Whether a slot has been used or not, if you intend to trade or sell the slot on to someone else please note the group and let us know who you're trading/selling to. This gives us a record that can be referenced in case of theft.
Unused and used MYO slots obtained for free cannot be sold.
Unused and used MYO slots obtained for free can be traded.
Unused MYO slots that have been purchased may not be sold for more than they were purchased for.
Used MYO slots may be sold for more than they were purchased for, provided they come with extra art.
Unless otherwise specified, Bulbette MYO slots do not expire.

We try to have a variety of events where MYO slots can be obtained for free, but if you've missed an event you can still purchase a slot at any time. Upgrades for a free slot may also be purchased.
