ACQUISITION
· Purchasing adopts
· Trading／buying a design／MYO
· Design／MYO obtained from raffles／events
· Explicit permission from either admin
USAGE
· Commercial use of your own honōbi is allowed with credit to sisyo skele2n and the specie is noted.
· Honōbi are NOT restricted to their canon universe. AU designs are allowed.
· Refer to TH's Prohibited Content.
OWNERSHIP
· Please track changes of ownership、new owners MUST be aware it is a CS and have read this TOS.
· All honōbi must be added to the world for tracking purposes.
SELLING & TRADING
· If you paid money、resale for same amount is allowed.
· Characters obtained as a GIFT：
Re-gift or trade allowed.
Resale forbidden unless paid artwork is included、priced only to the value of the comm（s）（applies to art bought by the current owner only； any previous owners' comms are not to be included in pricing）.
· Be reasonable with appraisal of resales that include your own art.
· Vouchers are prohibited.
LISTINGS & TRANSFERS
· In the case of an existing TH character wanting to be listed or transferred due to trade／sale、creator credit may be requested so the relevant settings may be applied.
· As MYO complete design revisions are allowed、design credit could be subject to change； you as a previous owner、please be aware a change in credit may be requested.
· Do not transfer to anyone blacklisted.
VOIDING
· Is allowed、please let sisyo know and remove the character from the world. The character can no longer be claimed to be a honōbi and all major lore and traits associated must be removed.
BLACKLIST
· If you have been blacklisted、you may no longer involve in the specie. Character（s） can be retained but voiding is preferred.
DESIGNS（＋CHANGES）
· Please inform sisyo for approval of change（s） if trait／rarity modification is involved！
· Traits may be downgraded（please keep track）； upgrades are also viable with purchase／through events.
· Honōbi are not restricted to a single outfit or hairstyle、feel free to dress／style／accessorize them however you like.
ADOPTS （OFFICIAL ＆ GUEST ARTISTS）
· Design changes are permitted as long as the redesign retains some semblance to the original.
※Ask the artist beforehand for permission if planning to edit on the artwork directly. Please note to credit accordingly （yourself／whoever made edits）.
· （credit）Official、whichever admin designed it as the creator and designer.
· （credit）Guest artists、sisyo as the creator and the guest artist as the designer.
MYO
· Complete design revisions are allowed on MYOs、as long as traits are of the same rarity or below. Note SR deities／URs are strictly categorized（cannot mix）、refer to the information in SHOP.
· When a honōbi which was created through a MYO slot、free or purchased； is resold／traded／gifted the new owner is permitted to redesign the character to their liking. Essentially、the character may be treated as the new owner's own MYO slot.
· Existing characters／designs may be converted into a honōbi （unless against an artist's TOS）.
· Do not copy or heavily reference existing IPs.
· （credit）Yourself as the designer； in cases of commissioned designs＝credit artist for the artwork.
· Charge back for slots will result in blacklisting from the specie and the admins.
