WoAHahHAH

A goofy anything-goes superhero universe, focusing on the fictional island metropolis of Chrome City. This city has created a hot-spot for the supernaturally gifted (and cursed) by making them a spectacle and recruiting them to be part of its Justice Department in the Chrome City Hero Division. Heroes are treated as celebrities (some more so than others) and their feats attract a ridiculous amount of tourism despite the concentration of supers creating a Very Dangerous environment. Freaks, extra-terrestrials, young gods and all kinds of people inhabit this controversial place. 

An infamous supervillain gang, with origins older than the city of Chrome itself, goes by the name of the Bedlam Allegiance and is the city's biggest threat. 

Set in the year 2XXX, probably 100-300 years in the future from the present time. There are currently two active timelines at work because of a few idiots that came close to death, one being much more abysmal than the other.
