before you can use or post a myo corvent anywhere besides the discord server wip areas it must be approved. your corvent is NOT approved until a signed screenshot from wolftoxicity is attached to the paperwork tab of your corvent
authentic corvents must have a paperwork tab, which must be linked to the official corvent authentication tracker. this request will come from wolftoxicity, and is the formal seal of approval. once this signed document is linked to your corvent, it is approved and can be posted publicly.
to solicit approval, you must make a private toyhouse profile for your corvent, generate a key link for the mods, and send a message to the group with this link, and a fullbody reference of your corvent. this ref must include (but is not limited to) a fullbody censored nude reference that shows all of your corvent’s adherent.
the profile information must include a filled out version of the patient ledger entry, all fields must be filled out (except the observation date, that is the date of approval) if you have any questions, just ask the group.
after your corvent is approved, the patient ledger entry will be updated, screenshotted, signed, and the request will be sent to add the screenshot to your corvent’s paperwork tab. only once you have accepted that request will you be allowed to post your corvent and make the profile public. you dont need to receive any other confirmation.
always keep the paperwork tab key the same, so it can be viewed by the mods even if your character itself is privated. so, for simplicity, use this form when sending your message!

QUESTIONS | COMMENTS | JUSTIFICATION - remember, one of the rules is that you can push boundaries if you can convince me to approve something, so if you have done something you think is a little sketchy, or toeing the line on the rules, you do need to explain it if you want me to give you the approval. remember that i will be strict, so i wouldnt try to push my rules too much.
remember, you need to keep the paperwork tab’s key link available at all times. if you have the character profile visible to anybody at all, the paperwork tab needs to be public. but if you are the only one viewing your corvent, the key link is all thats needed for the mods to be able to keep track.
