A former colony of the Angelic Empire, after the revolution of 1799 AC (Angelic Calendar) the planet would become isolated from the Empire when the it's ability to travel between other worlds was lost with the destruction of The Tower.
The story of Cruel Capra is set in 2100 AC, some 300 years after the events of the 1799 Revolution. The story centers on the country of El Fareln, a country that in recent years has become mostly wasteland after the mysterious creature known as the Cruel Capra rose 15 years ago, devastating it.
The country's population now mostly reside in the Four Cities, connected by a network of train tracks. The Four Cities are Moore, Reachfort, Mance and the capital, Grand Sky.
The country is neighbored by three nations; Greenreach to the North-East, Dwarstare on the Eastern border, and Fafnaz to the South, divided by a small channel.
