Welcome to Realm of Serpents!
Realm of Serpents (RoS) is an ARPG (art roleplaying game) set in an original fantasy universe where human and dragon civilisations live in the aftermath of the fall of an old empire of necromancers, where much of old history and knowledge of magic has been lost to time. It takes inspiration from RP groups, focusing more on character development and events in the setting rather than gaining points or common activities like hunting or breeding. The group is run primarily on Discord, with some sections using DeviantArt for submissions, and hosts all group information on its weebly site.

Dragons of the Realm
Dragons in the Realm are sapient and intelligent, and each have their own culture and territories. Some live in kingdoms, others keep barely above anarchy, and still more are some of the most technologically advanced societies in the Realm. They all have different relationships with humans and other dragons.
In total, there are currently nine known species of dragons that inhabit the Realm, along with several "subtypes" of each species with different abilities and appearance to typical dragons.
Humans of the Realm
The Realm is also home to a variety of human nations, each with their own unique culture and outlooks on life. Humans in the Realm are broadly more technologically advanced and skilled in magical arts, driven to study by their lack of flight or inborn ability to breathe fire or spit lightning.
In total, there are seven human countries in the Realm, though many of them have unique subcultures that could be considered their own distinct groups.
