Most of the clan's territory is densely packed forest, however there is a small portion that is empty plains. The forests and rivers are where they do a majority of their hunting. While the plains are rarely traversed unless a certain herb or berry is being sought out. Bordering the northern part of the territory is a small Twoleg Place. Sometimes this causes a spare kittypet or two to enter their territory, but twolegs tend to stay away. In the forest there is a set of Old Ruins left by the twolegs. Not much is known about them, but they are dangerous and most cats will not enter it in their life time.

The clan connects with Starclan through a monument they call Father Rock. The rock resembles that of a huge lion, those of which Tidalclan believes to be their ancestors. It resides on a cliff overlooking the lake. To communicate with Starclan cats enter the monument and travel downwards, inside there is a formation of crystals that shines in the moonlight.
