Satanic Sweets Patisserie Bakery MYO Event!
You may ask, what is the Bakery? Why, it is where new Sweets are made! It may surprise you to learn due to their humanoid appearance, but Satanic Sweets do not reproduce in the same way as other species (humans for instance) Sweeties cannot ever be pregnant or make other species pregnant, and were actually abhorred when they first encountered human pregnancy and learned how much pain was involved!
That being said, how does the Bakery work? There are very few, select Sweets who have been gifted with creation magic. In fact, our Head Bakers are some of the only ones who have it, and in using this personal creation magic, they can help a new Sweetie come to life! (Please note: This is an NPC-locked ability). Though, even their magic is not completely all-powerful! They must include ingredients from already alive and existing Sweets to make new life.
To create a new Sweet, co-bakers visit us here at the Patisserie Bakery! Co-Bakers actually take some of their own dessert/body and put it in the mix! This is how the new Sweet will show traits of their bakers. A cute little fun fact: Belly buttons made from pressing in the dough before baking!
Choosing to bake a Sweet together is a very mature and life-changing decision as the co-bakers are becoming responsible for a new Sweet! This is a very intimate process. It can be done between friends, lovers, or even a solo Sweet seeking out a donor! You do not see family members baking Sweets with each other.
Once baked, Sweeties can be any shape or size. Some are young children and will grow, others come out as a fully grown Sweet! Rate of growth can vary from incredibly quick to the same rate as humans. The co-bakers can choose which mold for their Sweetie, ensuring the size of their new family member.
Rules:
ONLY 1 SLOT PER PERSON (this is free!)
You can only choose traits that one or the other parent has. However, Anomaly traits never seem to show up on the new Sweeties! (You cannot use anomaly traits, even if a co-baker has them)
There is a minimum of 2 Co-Bakers and a maximum of 3 per bakery slot!
Both / All Co-bakers must be Satanic Sweets, as otherwise it would be a crossbreed/hybrid which are not available.
Any Sweets you wish to use for baking must be registered to the masterlist (or at least submitted to the masterlist registry)
They need to be recognizable as a fusion and need to have elements from all parents, we also recommend staying somewhat close to their palettes! (in skin tones, we recommend mixing all co-bakers skin tones or at least including some of each)
You can make twins! But it will require two slots and must have the same parents. They may appear very similar (aka identical) or may be very different! (fraternal)
You have until the end of the day on 4/10/22 to claim, but the slot will not expire until the end of the year!

Welcome to the Satanic Sweets "Sweet and Savory" MYO Event!
The theme is Sweet and Savory, which means this event focuses on "imitation" desserts (like cakes shaped like other foods)
and other foods with a sweet element (so like chicken and waffles for example) for what your Sweet is based off of!

New Naming System:
Standard (Common and Uncommon combined into this) [Blue]

*Anomaly Myo slots and/ or traits will now be much more rare! They cannot be bought: only got through mod / owner adopts, raffles, or myo events!
Design / Trait Info:
“Mimicry” of higher level traits will not be allowed (such as 3D body markings / markings that are raised off the body trying to mimic toppings, hair styled to seem like another material, etc) If you’re caught doing this, it could result in a warning.
Spikes are no longer a trait, can be any size, place, or shape (as long as it doesn’t break the mimicry rule, if it’s too similar to a topping then it must be traited as a topping)
Stitches are also no longer a trait, you can just do it if you want to
Horn and Wing size are no longer a trait
Mix and Matched things (such as multiple different desserts for body, two different pupils, multiple material types, etc) are still considered Mutation
Overflow can completely cover the eye or just be partial, traits like this will be allowed room for artistic interpretation
Living hair is now a Mutation trait instead of being an admin trait
Broken horns is now an Anomaly trait as part of the Imperfect Regeneration category
Filled horns is now an Anomaly trait as part of the Filled trait which allows any part of the sweetie to be filled
Particles and Sparkles now allow for tiny familiars as well
Toppings are allowed on pretty much anywhere on a Sweet and will follow standard topping rarity rules (no longer a mutation to be on wings or body)
Dessert Type is no longer traited as a rarity, and will only be used for masterlist
Lore Related Trait Info:
Any demon is allowed to have any level of power, however only Sweets with the non-humanoid lower body trait can shift between standard legs and their non-humanoid legs/half (the feet must follow the rarity of their original slot when transformed)
Demons are allowed to have things that come naturally with their species (such as siren types having body fins or gills) but if they resemble too much like a topping we will ask that it be counted as such, or if it interferes with anomaly traits such as monster hands it will not be allowed unless traited as an anomaly.

Hi everyone, things are gonna be a little hectic for a while. And this post is probably gonna be really long so sorry about that
Long story short: I'm (aka SugarSpike) the new owner of Devilish Delights and they will be reworked in their entirety including name and everything.
It will all be remodeled and lore reworked
We're rebranding to SATANIC SWEETS and are going to be just in general dessert demons, not just incubus / succubus all kinds of demons are welcome. Please bear with us during this change and I understand everything is kinda crazy!

We felt calling them SS's is just hard to say and awkward at best
The nickname for them will be Sweeties or Sweets as something people can call them to make it easier in casual convo
But we ask that when filling out their toyhouse and stuff to classify them by their full name!

Also taking this moment to say we are currently working on redoing the old trait sheets! We have decided what will go on it and how it will work, and are working on the visual side and organization currently. The wait for the new traits shouldn't be too much longer, and we are trying to push that out and quickly as possible!

What's going on?
The species has been given from the previous owner to me, it is being reworked and rebranded currently. This change was a little sudden so we don't have everything together yet but are getting the important things out as soon as we can!

What about my MYO slots I have?
Those will continue to be valid, the rules that purchased slots will never expire and event slots expire at the beginning of the next year still apply
What if I've already started my MYO?
Those that have started MYOs before the new ownership, can continue to work on those using the old trait sheets, and will be approved using the old trait sheets! Important Note: We plan to get rid of the gender/identity trait all together, so you don't need to include that in your trait list for your character, and can make whatever you're currently working on any gender/identity you wish~
Anyone who has not already started, please wait until the new sheet is out! TYSM
Will I need to redesign my old characters?
We are currently reworking the old trait sheet but the changes made will not require anyone to redesign their previous characters in the species.
ALSO you are more than welcome to take your current characters out of the species if you wish, please notify the masterlist of this!
Why the name change?
The previous owner has requested that we change the species name upon change of ownership.
no the species is not religious in association. It is similar to the old name which included "devil". It is to associate demons and desserts, which are the fundamentals of the species and are remaining the same.
We are using satanic by its definition of "extremely evil or wicked"
The name was polled through the community and was decided to be kept as this!
What about pets I had?
The pets have been disassociated with this species. Your character may own them, that we will not stop. We will just no longer be having slots or adopts based on them from now on. If you’d like to be more into the pet species, they are now separate. You may want to contact the owners of those pet species.
Foxrolls is owned by NuggetRed and Sugar Gliders and Devilish Scoops are still owned by 1BeautifulNightmare3
We do have more pet species coming in the future however, so if you do enjoy pets be sure to keep your eyes peeled!
If you have a pet myo currently: it can be used for one of the new pets once they are out! Which we hope to be really soon
If you have an old pet: we will allow redesigning and conversion of pets if you so choose, however, no one is obligated to redesign if they do not wish to
