It's important to understand the world of Windswept Lands and its characterization, and thus be aware of the environment in which your stories take place.
Keep in mind what are you creating - base of chosen species (Draxomera, Ik'ul atd.) must be implemented before the individual traits.

Do not create non-native races in Windswept Lands. New bloodlines are forbidden for Draxomeras. Try not to bend the rules of the world without knowing the lore.
