Hello everyone! We are hosting our Winter Advent calendar adopts this December, so we are looking for two (2) designers to join in!

• - Guest artists are allowed to make one (1) off base adopt for the advent.
• - Guest artists can utilize any base rarity (c, uc, and r) and have special permission to utilize one winter mutation if desired. 
• - These adopts will be flat sale and will be sold for 75$ (PayPal only).
• - The deadline for adopt completion is December 17th, 2022 at 11:59PM EST, though if you finish it earlier, that's fine too!
  • - After you finish, submit your adopt via the proper guest artist discord channel so we can approve the design.
• - Adopts will be posted onto your Toyhou.se and advertised in the server on given upload date.
• - Applications will be open until November 12th, 2022 11:59 PM EST, and any applications submitted after will not be accepted. 
  • If you are selected as a guest artist, you will be pinged in the discord's guest artist channel with more information.

** NOTE - In order to apply, please be in the Tomoyoki discord server to allow easy approval and communication via the guest artist channel. **

Hello Tomo friends!!! This is actually an experimental little outing by yours truly, trying an adopt post via the Toyhou.se world since we as a species are trying to migrate all of our activities to here instead of DeviantArt as well as the whole --- So I've brought a little fella that hopefully you guys enjoy. MISERY BUSINESS OTA RULES:

• Monetary payment is in USD via paypal; please refrain from backing out or making offers you can not pay!
• The minimum USD offer, if ONLY offering USD, is $25
• You may offer USD, Art, or character trades / CS slots, since this is an OTA. Click here for my preferences and please read them before offering ^_^
  • Art offers should include an amount, style, etc. They should also be completed within a reasonable time. Please do not offer art if you will not be able to complete it.

Hello everyone, I have a very important announcement to make in regards to the future of Tomoyokis and what our plans are. 

Both I and the mods have thought very hard about what direction we want to take Tomoyokis, and as our lives, goals, and ambitions, change, we feel that a major change in needed in Tomoyokis as well.

Withi the following months, we will be working to make Tomoyokis into a semi-open species, meaning that all base rarities (common, uncommon, and rare) will be open for anyone to make for free. While, super rare traits and mutations will remain with events or moderator adopts.

So what does this mean for Tomoyokis?

It means that a lot of the closed species elements will be left behind, and we will go over those now!

When is the change being implemented?

• We are aiming to (semi) open the species in late October, or early November.

What will become of the masterlist? What about approvals?

• We will no longer be utilizing the masterlist to maintain and keep track of Tomoyokis, rather we insist that you upload your Tomoyokis to the toyhou.se world, and/or tag them as a Tomoyoki.

• We will also be having approvals in discord, and can be done so via the myo-checks channel, to ensure your Tomoyoki is 'legal'.

What about redesigning?

• We will no longer have redesign rules or restrictions, Tomoyokis can be made into any rarity (aside from Super Rare) or redesigned however you want.

What rules will change?

• We will be changing both the community rules and trade/sale rules to reflect properly to the semi-opening of the species. We will take into consideration a lot of differences from closed species and opened species, and change accordingly.

What about events? Or the group currencies?

• Group currencies will become defunct, we will no longer have use for them. Rather, we will be holding participation events in order to receive mutation items or other goodies for participating in an event.

• For the time being, we will be opening up all old event shops in order for those with currency to spend any remaining balances on items before currencies are made defunct.

• We want events to be focused more so on community fun and less focused on monthly events to grind out rewards.

What happens to my slots?

• Slot wise, they are still valid to be used for the time being, but will eventually become voided. We are working on a variety of ways to compensate slots, we sadly cannot refund slots monetarily. 

• We are offering mutation items and/or a Tomoyoki base pack, which includes five bases I've made and used for the community, as compensation for those who have paid for a slot. 

What about super rare traits and mutations?

• We are looking to keep super rare traits with mods, to allow them to create adopts, but we will be looking to host more super rare trait raffles for the community. 

• Mutations will become event rewards that are given for participation in a holiday mutation events.
