aeonic explorers, also written as explorers of aeons, is a mystery dungeon based pokemon fangame i've been working on almost as long as pokemon twilight, my mainline fangame! ..except making pmd-based fangames has always been difficult up until the last few years, so that's just something i work on in the background! for the purposes of toyhouse, this folder (and the world!) hosts all of my pokemon characters that exist in this mystery dungeon universe - the game itself may not feature nearly all of these characters! along with the usual pmd interpretations, i also add a lot of headcanons into this world, like technology existing and the internet and stuff, along with a fully customised map loosely based off of super mystery dungeon's canon of every pmd game being separate continents - except in my case, they really are totally separate continents, all with their own story that can be experienced separately and come together near the end for the grand finale! a lot of inspiration is taken from my main series (firelight), and many featured characters are actually forms of those characters along with the existence of aether!! pokemon mystery dungeon is my favourite pokemon spinoff! my favourite is explorers of sky and i'm really, really hoping for a new entry in the series to come out - i loved dx and a brand new story in that style would be incredible ;w; for this i usually have iku set as the main character, but realistically the world has all sorts of stories involved with all sorts of characters! most of my pokemon characters end up in the mystery dungeon world =w=;;
