Beasts are humanoid animals. They may be completely human in behavior, or they may be animalistic. These are what you'd typically call "furries." Almost all businesses function around humanoid animals with accommodtions made for the varied body plans and excessive amount of hair that would be the norm. Clothing is adapted to have places for tails, wings, or horns, shoes are adapted for those who walk digitigrade, menus are adapted for those with common food allergies like chocolate.
Legally, beasts do not have to wear clothing to go out and about in their daily lives, although some businesses may require it regardless. It's frowned upon to have private parts freely exposed, though, so if fur cannot cover appropriately, then clothing is expected to. Butts (or tailholes), for some reason, are exempt.
Hair salons provide full body fur treatments such as de-shedding, trims, and shaves; everything you'd expect from a pet groomer. Nail salons are trained in a variety of types of claws, including hooves and other keratinous growths, such as horns. Masks are provided for beasts who are more sensitive to smell.
For medical care, beasts would see normal doctors for such things, but their children are able to be seen by veterinarians in the event of emergency or overflow.
