Clan Apó ta Astéria is located on an oceanside mountain, with the village spread among the valley in the range. Travelers often come through as the main road crosses through the village, offering goods and services in exchange for money and trade, or perhaps a new home for wayward vagabonds.
All are welcome, as long as they can follow the rules, of course.

Origins
The clan started as nothing more than wanderers. Two gods, lost and abandoned, seeking forgiveness, wandering Sornieth. Their travels made them cross two other wanderers, Mulberry and Zweetok of wind Territory, whom were seeking something greater.
Together, the four banded together, and they traveled.
It took them months on foot before they found the mountain they'd later call their home, and no sooner had the twin gods decided they'd den here, at the edge of the ocean, overlooking land, had the tundra and mirror accompanying them began digging dens and hunting. The four of them were a clan.
And when the pair returned with a new face, they became five, but they didn't stop from there.
Modern Day
Many dragons have come and gone in this clan, but no beast has been turned away, no matter how pure or wretched. Every dragon has a place here, and as long as they follow the law of their territory while inside it, they stay, keeping whatever drama may follow out of the coil.
Demigod daughter of Apollo, Artemisia, serves as an oracle, judging those who enter, those who have the capacity for good still somewhere in their bones, and those who will bring nothing but wickedness to be sacrificed to the diety of this land, keeping the territory clear.
When it comes to failure to comply, there is no mercy in the clan. A second chance is your only chance, watched and studied to ensure you do not fail a second time, or if the transgression is severe enough, eviction and exaltation.
It is a land of eat or be eaten, and the older members have bloody fangs and secret smiles that the younger know nothing of. Be good, little ones, and all you will need to know in this clan of stardust is freedom and happiness.

Goddess of the moon, of womanhood, of virginity, of the hunt. Artemis is a punished god, stripped of most of her ability, trapped in the body of a dragon on the lands of Sornieth. She and her brother have had to find their way, and need to find a way to repent, to appease the greater gods, to return to Olympus. She's quiet and reserved, speaking with clarity and decisiveness.
God of the sun, of health, of music, of poetry. Like his sister, he is a punished god lacking many of his abilities, trapped in the body of a Sornieth dragon. He enjoys his time much more than she, jolly and flirtatious, leaving many demi-god dragon children in his wake. He sees no reason not to enjoy himself, if this is where his life has become. Let someone else's chariot pull the sun.

Starfall Library & School
Education is important to the dragons of the clan, and they make sure they keep their materials in the same place. Young hatchlings are taught by the educators while scholars study to learn more and add to the libraries. There are countless books on countless topics for dragons of all ages, ensuring everyone has access to things they need and want to know. Travelers are encouraged to stop here before leaving to share any knowledge they may have.

Most toys in this clan are electrical, and as such, it was decided to have a base of operations for all things electrical. Built at the base of one of the many spires in the territory, Wires and Toys harnesses electricity from lightning and uses it for many crafts. Electricians work out of base from here, and all electricity in the clan routes back here. It's for convenience, and it happens that there are a lot of mechanics that love their job.
