This is an open species  - this means anyone can make one, and you don't even need to ask!

Lapexes are oceanic dragons. They pretty much breathe through their skin - they don't have any visible gills other than mutations. However, they can come up on land, and they use jellyfish to help store the water and let themselves breathe! Their "wings" are not made to fly, but are rather like fins they use to help themselves navigate the water. Their tails are also made of a membrane that small creatures like insects, fish and amphibians can pass through and live/hide in.
