Rules + T.o.S.

In order to participate in Sneepo Haven, you must read and agree to these rules. Rules are subject to change.

GENERAL RULES:
✦ Sneepo are a closed species. You can not create one without permission or an MYO slot.
✦ You must be at least 16 years old in order to participate in the group.
✦ If you are found lying about your age in order to participate, you will be banned permanently.
✦ This group is LGBTQ+ friendly. We strive to be a safe place for all people. Racism, ableism, and harassment are not tolerated.

DISCORD RULES:
✦ You must be 16 years old in order to join the discord group.
✦ If you are found lying about your age in order to participate, you will be banned permanently.
✦ The server must be kept PG-16.
✦ Gore and drug use is allowed in the proper channels.
✦ NSFW or nudity is not allowed in the discord.
✦ 18+ content is allowed to be made, as long it is kept out of group spaces.
✦ Do not mini-mod. If you see something happening against the rules, please contact a moderator instead of trying to solve it yourself.
✦ You may prompt users to correct information, however.
✦ Do NOT answer questions in the help channels.
✦ More rules are listed in the discord server.

OWNERSHIP RULES:
✦ Sneepo may not be co-owned. This is to streamline transactions and keep track of ownership.
✦ Sneepo and MYOs must be registered on the masterlist to be considered official and to be used within the group.
✦ Moderators and the group is not responsible if you get scammed, so make sure to check the masterlist to ensure that the Sneepo you are purchasing is official.
✦ You are responsible for updating the masterlist of ownership changes when trading or selling your Sneepo.

SELLING/TRADING RULES:
✦ Sneepo may only be sold for the original price listed on the masterlist, unless they come with additional art.
✦ Sneepo that were given for free, can only be traded or gifted, unless they come with additional art.
✦ If Sneepo are traded or sold to blacklisted users, those Sneepo may not be used within the group unless they come under a new owner.

DESIGN RULES:
✦ Designs may not be heavily based off of copyrighted characters or materials. Inspiration is fine.
✦ Designs that are heavily based off of already existing Sneepo or other designs are not allowed.
✦ If you own both designs, however, you may do so WITH permission from the original designers.
✦ Sneepo designs that you own may also have different forms, such as a dragon form, as long as you have permission from the original designer.
✦ These extra forms must be directly attached to the Sneepo, and may not be sold or traded separately from the Sneepo and vice versa.
✦ You may commission anyone to design MYOs for you. You must have an MYO slot in order to use the design.
✦ Moderators and official artists may offer custom official Sneepo at their discretion.
✦ Designs also fall under individuals' TOS and design terms in addition to the Sneepo' Haven rules.

ART RULES:
✦ Art theft and tracing is not tolerated.
✦ AI art, NFTs, and anything of the sort is not tolerated.
✦ When sharing art and you are not the artist, you must link back to and credit the original artist.
✦ YCHs and bases of Sneepo, both f2u and p2u, are free to create.
✦ Art within group spaces must be kept PG-16.
✦ Art depicting hateful or bigoted actions is not allowed.

WARNINGS AND BANS:
✦ The group operates on a three strike system. However, depending on the rule broken you may be banned immediately.
✦ Sneepo Haven reserves the right to ban any user from participating in the group for any reason.
✦ You will never be banned or given a strike without warning or knowing why.
✦ If you are banned, you may keep your Sneepo.
✦ They will be considered void, and will not be allowed to participate in the group unless they are traded or sold to a different user.
